Not my vet but after the rude hang up I received from the Terrace Animal Hospital, I tried calling her and inquiring again even though they could not take the dog she directed me on other options and was very helpful, even a few years ago when my dog was severely injured and needed surgery they called me the moment they were able to help and get him in with no emergency charges since they had a surgery get cancelled. I’m so thankful for this clinic. The people that are clients here are very lucky.

Oscar is a great guy and good with all the four legged friends. My dog was well taken care of and much love for both dog and owners. This is the place to go. They take their time to explain and very knowledgeable too.

Very unwelcoming and very poor Customer relations. Not sure why but by the smug look on the womans face id assume she was having an awful day. After asking the woman that runs the place about a solution for my animal id definitely say she's more for the well being of her wallet than the animal. It was almost like a trip the mechanics. They just take ya for all they can.

Excellent and high quality care after my injured pup in emergency situation. Dr. Kermodei performed life saving surgery with fantastic result. My dog was in an excellent care and aftercare. Very thankful to the team!

Kermodei Veterinary ASSUMED we moved our dogs to another veterinary clinic and closed our file. Now we don't have a Vet. They still need second set of shots

We are so thankful to Dr. Farkvam for seeing our new puppy on an emergency basis. We were so worried and he was kind and compassionate. I have no doubt our puppy wouldn't be here today if it weren't for him. Due to Covid, we weren't able to stay with our little guy during treatment, but the staff and Dr. Farkvam did well with keeping us updated when they could. We are very grateful.

I was travelling from out of town and my best friend of 13 years became very ill. I had made the hard decision to put her to sleep and when I called to schedule an appointment I was told that I could not stay with my dog during the process because I was not a regular client. They expected me to drop my very sick dog off to euthanize at their convenience. So my poor dog would be stuck in some kennel, scared in a strange place until they could get to her.Needless to say I found another vet in town (Skeena Animal Hospital) who was compassionate and considerate of this difficult time for my family.

We have received great care for our pets, Dr Farkam has made himself available outside of business hours to respond promptly to my calls, see my pet at the clinic in the evening and phone prescriptions into the pharmacy after hours. He is great with our animals and we are so fortunate to have him as our family vet.
