The hot springs were amazing. I was on my way to Golden for a wedding and made sure I gave myself enough time to take in the hot springs. The temperature was great, the facilities were clean, and the front desk attendant was friendly.The views can't be beat. I had a hard time leaving as everything about my visit was so calming and relaxing!

Water quality is superb. We spent whole day in the hot pool and swimming pool looking to the mountains and swallow. Unfortunately at time we could smell the forest fire today.Will surely go back again.

Great place to relax after a day of skiing. Water was nice and hot. Staff were friendly. There is a smaller hotter lounge pool and a cooler larger pool. The kids had lots of room to play and splash in the larger pool, while still in sight of the lounge pool.

I would skip it and go to Radium. I only went to the hot spring pools and it felt like a public pool experience from start to finish. They need a makeover and a dedicated kids / family pool. Beautiful view but that's about it.

Loved the hot and cold pool, and the views were amazing. The bathrooms were not very clean and kept up though. Definitely need more attention to hygiene and having cleaners on all shifts all days with so many people of all ages visiting daily

Nice time if year to visit as the Covid cops had really strict rules & the fresh cool mountain air with the Hot Springs was wonderful !! The large swimming pool is also very warm & comfortable for the children

This is a great place to go with the family. We had a great time jumping between the hot pool and the warm pool. Everything is clean and very well maintained. Be aware that if you purchase a single entry, they will not let you out to go to your car if you forget something. Also, the dive pool is closed.

We were not hotel guests at the resort but had dinner at the pub on the patio which was great. We arrived at pools our 6 pm on a Monday night and it was quite quiet. Location is absolutely lovely surrounded by mountains. For the $20 per person membership" fee that we were charged we were left disappointed. There was a $5 extra charge per towel and no water fountains to fill up our water bottles. The young lady at the check- in did offer to fill our bottles at no charge

Since they redid the pool the bottom of our is rough and not only rips up ur feet but it also picks ur swim suit. The color also makes the pool look dirty instead of the beautiful blue or used to be. It's also very expensive at $24/person. There are no lounge chairs unless u get the multi access day pass. No outside food or drinks are permitted either. I would not recommend
