Everything went better than expected! The techs at Hagopian Television Centre Ltd did a wonderful job and were professional and polite. I was so worried because my screen was perfect and didn't even have a fingerprint mark in it when it was taken away for servicing...twice. Each time they showed me, after putting it back on it's wall mount, that the screen was still in pristine condition. Excellent service!

Last week, our Sharp microwave drawer gave up on us. Given that it was only 3 years old, we looked around for a repair shop and were recommended Hagopian Television Centre. What a great and positive experience overall! After realizing that the microwave could not be repaired but before contacted us, Hagopian reached out to Sharp Canada to explain the situation and as a result, within 2 days, we received a new microwave delivered at our door, at no extra cost. We definitely recommend Hagopian Centre. Thank you.

0 stars if I could. Lied to me on the phone.Called to see what he thought before I brought it in. And then when I brought it in he told me something different. After we talked about that for a minute he said he was a technician and can't be on the phone all day.Was NOT HONEST!I don't trust those types of people but you can support that if you want but I would never recommend them to anyone.

Costco hired this company to fix the backlight on my television which they did repair. However, the technicians didn’t glue the tv screen back on properly so the screen fell off the tv, cracked and now is unrepairable!!! We’re lucky no one was hurt when it fell. Now I am at a loss as I have to purchase a new tv since the screen can’t be replaced. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend. I was in no way compensated for their mistake. They did however want to have their part back( which had already been paid for). I would appreciate a response and compensation for this.As previously mentioned in my email, I am at a loss as a 55” roku Hisense television now costs more then what I originally paid for less than 2 years ago. The prices have gone up significantly since Covid. Also, Costco does need the television back ( you mentioned they didn’t), they told me this weekend that they will issue a refund upon return of all parts. They may have contacted you prior as they were investigating the claim. They need all pieces broken or not as proof that there was damage done during the repair.

Brought my 75 back from repair and it's worse than before. I called and sent pics and agreed they screwed up my tv. So I wait a week and Noone calls to pick it up. Costco extended warranty.So I called today and I was told they are booked up and they will call when they can book me in inches weeks(months

I brought in a LG monitor to be repaired under warranty, and after following up 11 days later, they let me know that they had just received and installed a replacement part. I picked up the monitor the following day, and it is working great. The staff were friendly.

I have dealt with this company in the past and have nothing but good stuff to say about them. This present time I was looking for a TV stand legs for an older LG TV and once again they came thru for me. If your looking for parts or need service on your electronics,this is the place to go.

I had Hagopian repair my OLED TV through the manufacturers warranty. The two repairmen were friendly, kind, and respectful. Due to the TVs size, they had to perform the repair at the house. They were in and out in under 30 minutes. They replaced the broken part, and restored the TV to proper working order.They were clearly knowledgeable, and were very efficient. While they were fast, they were not sloppy. I would gladly have Hagopian handle any future repairs that I may need.

Excellent service fast and done in a couple of days. Great price.
