A few weekend ago, Simon provided us a quote for my roof replacement. After comparing it with our other quotations, we decided to go with Simon based on his competitive pricing and professional advice. Recently, the work was done. Simon and his crew were very professional, fully prepared, on time and efficient. We are glad that we made the right decision by choosing Simon to do our roof. Simon and his team replaced our shingles, facia, soffits, eaves and downspouts. We received quotes from several other roofing and sheet metal contractors in the area and none were as competitive with Guildwood Roofing (GR). They were efficient (2 days) did a fantastic job and when finished did not leave a mess, not to mention great customer service skills as well. Our neighbors have also used GR, some even multiple times. We highly recommend working with Simon for all your roofing needs.

It was a pleasure dealing with Simon from the start. He was very patient explaining the alternatives with pros/cons. I try to be meticulous with the contractors that I pick to have the same work ethics as I do. He and the crew showed up on time, did an amazing job re-shingling our roof and cleaned up very nicely afterwards - so seamless. Simon form Guildwood Roofing was very prompt with the response on the quote request for our roof replacement, following up as promised with the details and the written contract. His team is very organized and efficient. With no extra cost, Simon has installed an additional ice & water shield for our rear end valley. It was not a part of our contract. We have discussed openly the state of the decking plywood and conclude in good faith that there is no need for replacement of any sheet. Once the work was done, the crew cleaned up the premises. Simon has an effective team. He runs the business genuinely with great customer service. Also, the price is just right, not cheap nor high. Simon the owner went out of his way to schedule an emergency roof repair for us after we lost a few shingles in a severe windstorm. His staff were very professional and efficient. They got the roof fixed in no time and checked my backyard to make sure no loose shingles from the windstorm were left behind.
