Employees that are miserable, grumpy, clueless and scared of getting wet because of the storm so they close the counters and the belts down early even when flight was delayed and tell me it’s my fault. No customer service no help whatsoever no help from their 1- 800 number. Worst air line ever. If I could give a negative review, I would what type of employees for a major airline shuts down early because they are lazy.

I have had two trips with WestJet this past week and both have been fantastic! It was my first time travelling on a plane since I was young so I was nervous going into the airport, uncertain of what to do and how to navigate things. However, WestJet made the entire trip from start to finish extremely seamless! All the staff was very helpful, nice and upbeat. They guided me through everything and the trip was a breeze. The first flight also had a very fun and hilarious pilot which was a nice treat! I definitely plan to choose west jet for future travels.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Staff are absolutely rude and unhelpful. We got told we couldn’t board a plane twice for errors with covid tests that were not errors that we made and had to spend a ridiculous amount of money to correct it. Will NEVER fly westjet again, do not recommend.

I called to see what cots were for shipping a pet they were very helpful and informative. Very pleasant to talk to.

For a 7-hour flight from Calgary to Jamaica you don't even offer a meal anymore or 1 free check bag. Then you wonder why everyone brings a huge carry-on and a backpack the staff was great but paying $1600 to fly and you don't get a bag or meal???

Westjet as a company has gone down hill and lacks knowledge and compassionate customer support - within flight service as well as through customer call centres. I, at times, consider cancelling my WestJet mastercard as I no longer find it a benefit but rather a nuisance to have to deal with them regularly, along with the annual expense of holding it (which used to be worth it!) At this point I would give a 0 star review if it was an option.WestJet - what happened?

The service reps I booked with on the phone were fantastic, helpful, informative. WestJet Cargo got my new dog safely here from Vancouver. However the only staff in the WestJet Cargo office at YQR where I had to go and pick her up after her flight was very grouchy and short with me. Obviously didn't want to be at work.

Very rude , unhappy, lacking experience and empathy .. delayed my check in because the printer was not workingThen to tell me that my bag can not be boarded anymore because they just closed while she is talking to me …Did not know what yo do and is telling it is my mistake and I have to pay for another whole ticketsAnother rude staff from another counter while she was dealing with another client commented on me and that I can not travel etc and I was not even close to her and was standing a side waiting for the “supervisor” to book a new ticket that I am paying a fortune forI agreed to pay for very pricy one way ticket to find out that the staff can not book the ticket and to wait for again for supervisor that she can not locate ,supervisor who showed up after 30 minWhile I wait for the supervisor the fight I was trying yo get in was sold outI am guessing that I am not the only one who is delayedSome staff were training with notebook on front of themI understand that ppl need jobsBut you can not leave 3 training staff dealing with customers without supervisor or whateverDelay is not the issue as much as having to deal with rudeness and humiliationsI am a frequent flyer and I spent thousands booking flights from westjetWestjet service is going really downhillBut to reach that point and humiliate customers for being unhappy and notexperience at work is not acceptableI tried to forget the bus shipping from Alberta to Regina in Feb 2023 that was when westjet flights are cancelledDid not get and refunding for anything that time . I thought I give westjet another chance todayBut not anymoreIf there is less than one star , I would be giving that for westjetDo not trust westjetThey overbook, smalll demostic flightsBaggage delaysThere was one time were my bags and other bags were not boarded although it was more than 2 hours check in before boarding, before taking off , I received a text that the baggage are flying in another flightI can go on and onNo more business with this bad service airlines

If there was a choice to rate 0, I would. The box that came in was ripped and torn, things missing. They took things and I cannot believe that I trusted this airline. Don’t recommend. Not booking any flights with WestJet any sooner.
