Really polite and attentive staff here. They welcomed me and helped me find exactly what I was after. They even caught a price error that they could have kept to themselves and I was quite pleased when they informed me and honored a lower price. Super cool move.They have a great selection of products in their big store. I could spend hours in there just looking around at all their neat hiking and camping stuff... though I usually just go in for 1-2 items specifically lest I impulsively blow my paycheck.I'll be back for sure.

Lots of good product for decent prices but there was no staff around to help at all. Was in the store for around 30 minutes and never got asked if I could be helped. In a world where we can order things right to our door at any time, customer experience means a lot to businesses and not being even greeted definitely diminishes that experience. Don't know that I will be back.

Bought a kayak, great deal and the guy that helped me pick it out was great. Was told if it didn't like it, bringing it back wouldn't be a problem. Just a few days later decided I should have got a canoe instead. Went to return it and there was no way the lady would take it back. Went from their store to my garage and back. Hasn't been used once. Very upsetting.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Asked the lady on the floor for some help with what I was looking for, (it was a challenge to get her to acknowledge me in the first place) then she very carelessly points out to the general area of where it might be and turns around and walks away.I immediately left the store and headed over to Sport Check where I was treated much better and found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely not be stepping foot in this store again.

I have been into Atmosphere, Kamloops multiple times the last few weeks, leading up to a backcountry camping trip and different hiking trips. I found the staff extremely helpful! They went out of their way to try and get me what I wanted, including having something shipped from another store in my size (thanks Christine). My new 65L backpack fit perfectly and made my hike comfortable. Very happy with the service.

Staff is always interested in providing whatever assistance they can. This is weird, but you've got to visit this store just to experience a certain sense of vertigo as you navigate around the path, which I think can change depending on the season you are there. (I hope they're OK with this comment, I think it's fun at least. Don't ask them about it though, or they may make me remove this review.)

I spent about 2 hours in the store with lots of questions on backpacking gear. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the products. Would definitely come here again!

This is the nicest atmosphere store I have ever visited. I live in the lower mainland and stopped by to pick up some fuel for my stove and was very impressed with how organized and tidy the store was. It’s also packed full for inventory, so while it may have a smaller footprint then most atmospheres closer to Vancouver, they have no shortage of things to offer. I would reccomend anyone needing outdoor supplies stop by.

Two stars only because of the first girl that tried to help me, she seemed friendly. Her(what I assume was?) Manager cut her off to help" me and was argumentative and defensive and just generally awkward. I was looking for a specific item and they didn't have it which was fine so she suggested Canadian tire and I said I had just checked there and they don't have any so that's when she got argumentative (I guess her previous knowledge of a store she doesn't work at superceded the fact that I had literally just left there
