My husband went into Iphix to have his phone repaired. He was certain his charging port needed to be replaced as he’s had the same issue with all his iPhones. The repairmen ( he regrets not getting his name) looked at his phone and determined the port just needed to be cleaned and did so free of charge. We were extremely impressed with the honesty and great customer service. If your phone is in need of a repair make Iphix your first call.

Just had problems with time due to delays on delivery which made him take longer then he expected, still it would of been nice to know. Other then that my problem was fixed.

Really happy with iPad screen and camera replacement. Sucks I can’t use Face ID anymore but that’s on Apple. I can’t give a 5 star because there was glue residue that I had to clean off and communication could have been improved.

Excellent service. When an iPhone screen iPhix had replaced for me turned out to have a manufacturing defect 30+ days after they installed it, they replaced it free of charge. It's heartening to see someone guarantee their work and stand behind it. Thanks iPhix!

I left my Apple watch for repair some months ago. I was assured by Matthew that it would be waterproof after repair, important because I advised him that I use it for swimming. It did not work when returned. I returned it to Matthew who did not respond until today. will revisit this review when I hear again.

The service was outstanding. The work done on our iphones was excellent and the store manager new precisely what he was doing.Recently had Mathew fix my Ipad. He provided another outstanding service. diagnosed the problem now runs as good as the first day i purchased it. Can not say enough about Mathew and his service.

For a very fair price he quickly and cleanly replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. I chose not to try the work myself as the phone is glued shut and on YouTube it does not look like a simple job.

My I-phone was repaired here for the exact reasonable estimated price that had been given me, and within an hour of bringing it to the shop, so I am am quite pleased with the service.
