I felt the need to post a review since I had a good experience compared to others. Exchanged money for Peruvian Sol here twice. Cheapest exchange I could find and don't charge fees. I went after 2 pm and it was not crowded. I always call ahead to make sure they have low nomination bills that I want. Fast service. Never had a problem. Friendly.

Called ahead to ask for a bunch of small bills for tipping on a vacation, they set it aside for me, and I picked it up, super smooth! I was also pleasantly surprised that they did the conversion at basically the exchange rate too, didn't get charged any premiums or fees. Would definitely recommend using them, just make sure you contact them ahead of time to place your order and have it set aside for you.

The rudeness of the employee who served me left me gobsmacked. She was curt and dismissive from the jump, then she literally threw my money at me. When I asked her: Why are you throwing my money at me?" she continued to ignore me. This disturbing

I've been dealing with 240 Sparks location for the last few years. The staff are very courteous, respectful and always happy to serve with a big smile. The rate is always lower than their competitors. I would recommend this location, hands down.Keep up the good work :)

Didn’t have a good experience with them, when I talk to them on the phone everything seems Ok , but when I got there things get too complicated .have to go back to the bank and exchange my money there.

I been all over the world and I always exchange my money here and NEVER had a problem. Im not sure why people are saying bad things about this place...reminds me of when people complain about discomfort when flying on planes :). Folks, key is being KIND AND NICE, try it ;)
