The guys here are pretty awesome. I've been driving truck for roughly 15 years. 3 different companies I've worked for (including my current employer) use these guys. If your boss or dispatch needs you to wait there while the work gets done, the guys will bust their hump to get you back on the road. While you're there, grab a bag of chips and feed the seagull and talk comics with the dude behind the window. Sorry your name escapes me dude, but thanks for the Image tip!

Took 3 hours to do a 1/2 hour job, called and complained and advised I would get a return call, no call and now waiting for possibly grossly inflated bill

Unfortunately, my truck broke down and had to have towed. IRS brought me into the shop, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and had me back on the road in no time!!! I am so happy that I chose IRS. They were all very polite, professional, and their pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend using their services.

Very friendly staff, very reasonably priced and the mechanics are very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back in the future.

Charged me $500 for a service call, and only looked at it for 10 minutes, with no resolution. Won’t be going back to IRS.

Worst customer service experienced in my 15years experience. I took my company units there which had been repaired at the shop a week prior.The service wasn't satisfactory so we brought the unit back.once I got there the mechanics were friendly and guided me appropriately. They informed me that I had to do a work order at the office and this is when hell broke loose. I am aware about the policy of work order however the guy demanded my documents and when Informed him that he had spent a week with the unit and he should have it in his system he got agitated. We went on with the work order and I requested to have a word with the lead mechanic to guide them on specifications of my service and one guy apparently one of the owners wasn't pleased with my demands. I wanted to explain how I needed some materials installed on the truck but he wanted to do it his way. And he got worse questioning whether I own the unit and went further being very unprofessional. Some words can't be repeated here ...it is well . If u can avoid it u bet u won't regret. A garage is a place where u receive service that you request but not a place of an egocentric owner who wants to declare his wealth!

Went here one night to pick up a Trailer. Office says they’re open until midnight on Friday, but when I got to the place at 2300, they were closed. Good thing they have an after hours number, and she helped me a lot to pick up my trailer.

BE AWARE! This company will make promises they will not keep and then overcharge for the service. We brought our truck in for brake change on Wednesday and explained that we need the service done as soon as possible, as we lose money for every day the truck is not on the road, on top of the cost of repairs. If they could not do it that day, we would have taken our truck elsewhere. They agreed that it will be done that day. Our truck sat untouched for 3 days and when we finally came in and noticed and inquired why it hasn’t been done yet, they “put a rush on it” and put 3 guys on the brake change. They charged an hourly rate per person working on the truck totalling almost 12 hours, and the bill is now $5000. If you are prepared to lose money while they do no work and then overpay for the service required, by all means take your truck here. Otherwise, go ANYWHERE else.

Use this company frequently to check brakes on our portable equipment.Great to deal with and can usually get to our equipment in a timely manner. Also a great place to certify trucks or trailers.
