We ordered the Van Gogh's Blossoming Almond Trees Wallpaper. The product itself is lovely and good quality.They were easy to install and arrived very quickly. I Have to order a few different colours .

After asking for close to a month, nobody is getting back to me from their technical team. I've been promised help and a phone call, but nothing. This has happened several times by email from their sales department. It's becoming apparent they don't offer any support for their product once you've purchased it. Happy to take your money, no support after that.

One of the worst companies to talk to for customer service. I had ordered samples that were damaged and the photos of the product were misleading. When I spoke with a customer service rep and she told me there was nothing she could do I then spoke with her supervisor who was also very rude and refused to give me my money back for the damaged products and told me she didn't want to speak with me anymore and that our conversation was over. I liked what the samples looked like online but the fact that they did not look like what is very frustrating for a designers point of view. Plus the client isn't happy either. We will not be using them due to poor customer service. If I were to order from them and they sent me something wrong or damaged I would be afraid to loose out on money since I am sure they would say there is nothing they can do for me at this time. If I could give a negative rating I would!

Loved their wallpapers. One thing I think people oversight is that these guys price their wallpapers based on double rolls and not single rolls, so when you think about it, their prices is very competitive . I bought a modern wallpaper from them at $89 where in another site was selling for $125. Thank you guys. I couldn't believe how wallpaper will transform my bedroom. Also entire project cost me less than $500 after install ( DIY project )

Outstanding company. We had an issue with our order and they were so quick to make it right which is something not common today. Wallpaper arrived perfectly the second time around and we couldn't be happier! Check out the result thanks to Walls Republic!

We ordered and paid in advance for wallpaper from this company. It wasn't what we wanted when we held it up to the wall so we sent it back intending to order something else at a later time. The website clearly stated a money back 30 day guarantee if not satisfied for any reason We ordered it in June and sent it back within 30 days after receiving it. We noticed today July 28 that no credit has been issued to our card. I tried calling and then tried waiting on line through their chat option but have been ignored. I would not recommend this company because they do not respond if you are not satisfied with the order even though it was sent back after having paid fully. Very good customer service - from inquiry to walking me through placing the order and following up. Love all the designs I bought too. I'm more in love with my home now.

Terrible customer service. just one word: TERRIBLE. Placed an order, but in less than 8 hours (before the order was processed or shipped) had to cancel. They agreed to just cancel and refund me the next day. after 40 days, having called 5 times, and emails, still nothing. They keep saying: oh yeaaaaaaahhhhhh, we'll have the financing department give you a call right away. And never get back to me. This happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to contact them.Ended up calling my credit card company and placed a charge back in minutes. Now let's see if they ignore the credit bureau.I would definitely NOT suggest this vendor.

A trendy wallpaper company with lots of options. Also they carry huge stock, so when I placed my order, they were able to ship my order same day. I picked wallpaper from their outlet section. Great patterns and colours at amazing prices. I’m recommending them to my neighbour who is renovating his basement
