For a lot of women, pregnancy is an exciting time, however these receptionists come across like they would rather be anywhere else than on the phone with you. In fact, I've been to McDonald's with more professionalism than this place. During my last pregnancy I was seen by Dr. Bakhet, never had any issues with the appointments beside from a but longer wait times. This time I was seen by Dr. Dy, I am surprised by the reviews, again, never had any issues with the appointments beside from a little longer wait times. I don’t mind waiting. The guy at the front desk is always helpful too. I am not her patient now, I had to get transferred to Langley. I still sometimes call them and they address the concerns I have.

Staff has no compassion, they treat patients as piece of shot. They dont even communicate if the schedule surgeon changes until the last minute. Completely unprofessional, never saw such irresponsible clinic staff

I was seen by Dr. Bakhet and Dr. Wittmann throughout my pregnancy. They are extremely professional and competent. Dr. Wittmann noticed an issue that could have ended the pregnancy early and Dr. Bakhet performed a procedure. I was able to go full term and deliver without any issues. I highly recommend both doctors. The clinic is busy so come prepared to wait. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

Today was my very first gynaecologist appointment and I was very upset to see all the bad reviews because I’m honestly so shy about seeing doctors and I was amazed by how good Dr. Bakhet was with me. He made me feel so confident and comfortable I definitely won’t be scared of him anymore as I was crying and laughing because he was so good with me. I got the iud and saw the horrible reactions of it getting done and how painful it can be and my doctor made it pretty much pain free and I’ll be sure to go to him for now on! So please please go see him as he’s the best

I didn’t even get to deal with the clinic or anyone but I experienced the lack of respect and concern within a 30 second call. My family physician referred me to Dr.Dy, I receive a phone call during my work hours and I asked the lady if I can call back as I can’t discuss my personal details in front of everyone, she said she needed that information right away or they will reject my file….I needed nothing more than that to know I don’t even want to be at a place that can’t respect their patients privacy, came to see the comments…clearly it was the right decision. I would give it a negative rating if i could.

Going for a Biopsy was a very painful and horrible experience. Never thought it would hurt so bad to the point of crying I didnt get no suggestions on taking something for the pain. I had to endure the pain the doctor didn'tseem happy when i told her to stop. As it was hurtingso bad . No Anastedic. Not a very good experience for me. It was horrible. It was very painful the Biopsy.

I see Dr Bekhat, he is very kind and knowledgeable. He asked lots of questions, was patient and explained what I needed to know and gave me room to ask questions. The front desk staff were also great.

Wow! Please families beware. Me and my wife were referred and had the most horrible experience. Enough that we both found it necessary to leave a review for other families. Please do your research before coming to this clinic, there are many others. If this is how they treat people, it must show of their work. Beware!
