We paid 180 dollars to have them come and unclog our kitchen sink on a Friday. When we got home, it was not unclogged and we did not have access to our sink all weekend. When we spoke to them on Monday they informed us that they do not router and that we would have to call another company. They DID NOT let us know this prior to doing the supposed work we paid for (which we have no idea what he did because nothing was different). Despite the fact that my husband showed the guy the access pipe in the basement thinking he would router it, the guy did not say anything about them not doing that service. So we paid for nothing and they refuse to give us our money back, or any part of our money. I would not recommend this company unless you like being ripped off.

We had our blower motor give us issues. We called up Arrow and they sent someone out that afternoon. Their speed and ability to send someone out was great. The technician was pleasant and went right to work. However, when we asked the HVAC technician how much life was left, he gave us a broad 2 days to 6-9months, maybe longer. He mentioned that the capacitor is reading 4.8 when it should be 5.1. So he replaced the whole blower motor and capacitor. 900+$ later, everything is fine. We still don't know what was exactly wrong. But when it came to questions about whether or not we could avoid replacing it now, he would give us a non answers like the one above. While he was nice and professional I'm still left with an eerie feeling then I could have avoided spending that much money. But with it being winter and all, I was forced to err on the side of caution due to a lack of information. I think next time, we'll look around at a few others and their reviews before making a call.

You won't find more trustworthy & honest guys in the business! Arrow plumbing and heating literally saved me thousands of dollars!!! I won't name the first company that came out and incorrectly diagnosed my furnace to have a faulty gas valve and cracked heat exchanger, convincing me I needed a new furnace. They almost had me signed up. Thank goodness I got Arrow to come out for a second opinion and they quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time! The tech took the time to explain everything to me as he went. These guys will treat you with respect, yes even if you're a woman who doesn't know the first thing about furnaces. I couldn't be happier with their service and I will definitely have them out to do any work I need in the future!

I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. It took 2 days to get everything installed. I was so impressed with men that worked on it. Very professional, friendly, worked very hard. Chris was the electrician, and was friendly and professional. Mitchell was the one who spoke with me, explained things and made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. His customer service skills are amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly...all of them were a 10 out of 10!! I couldn't have asked for better. I will recommend this company every chance I get. Thanks so much for your hard work, very much appreciated!

My family has used Arrow for years ever since another local plumbing company did a terrible job installing plumbing in our house. Arrow fixed all of the major errors that the other company made. We have had very good service from Arrow and I would recommend. Their employees are prompt and professional. They do things right. Their employees will even take time to explain things. I would recommend this company.

I have to edit from 5 to 0 if I could.Last call, plumber was helpful and got the job done in timely manner.This time, colossal wait and almost 200$ to change a tap.If you want the job done or have a business, avoid these guys at all costs.

Arrow recently installed a new furnace for us, and we were very happy with the service. Great job done carefully and with no mess. They were able to fit a new furnace using current guidelines in the existing space. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional.

I wanted to thank Curtis and Mitchell at Arrow Plumbing & Heating for their incredible service repairing our broken water tank. The tank leaked overnight and into the basement apartment. Within an hour Mitchell had it repaired and it was eventually replaced with a new tank. Their fast and courteous service was just amazing! Mitchell even followed up days afterwards to make sure everything was working well. Now that is service! Thank you again for your help! We are so happy!

It was actually my parents who did business with Arrow (I live with them in their house). They dealt with a gentleman named Mitchell and I was privy to almost all of their conversations. Mitchell was excellent at every stage of the job. It was just three days from when the old furnace broke down to when Arrow had the new one installed and running. They delayed work on another job to make sure we had heat. If your furnace breaks down during Winter, we highly recommend Arrow. They'll take care of you.
