Natalie was awesome. She was very patient and we had a few laughs along the way to setting me up to fast track resolving my debt in a matter of 4 years and all the benefits that go along with it. One easy(ish) payment that is a reasonable and responsible amount for someone in my position. No more phone calls from banks, it will be a different lifestyle but I already am looking forward to enjoying what I have and the joy of actually saving money for something rather than just throwing it on the credit card. While i wasn't able to get everything dealt with i was able to consolidate some of it so that i have a lower payment. There are no penalties for paying it off early and they offer counseling on your financial habits which i appreciate. Because of them I felt confident knowing that I will become debt free faster than I feel i can some days. out of all the places i looked this was the one that made the effort to help me in some way. While this is being reported to financial institutes it doesn't matter everyone goes through tough times and everyone fails at some point. I will be learning about debt and how to get ride of it quickly because of them., If you are stuck and the banks won't help just call ask them questions and see if they can help you. One thing i appreciated was that they are not pushy.
