Bought a thermostat. Less then 6 months it stops working. Home owner installed. So not warranty. Its 2 wires. Other stores you could return no questions. Dont stand by there products.

Wow! Great to have our propane fireplace serviced by JC. Ken was very professional and did a fantastic detailed job and explained clearly what was needed to be repaired. I highly recommend JC and Ken. Thanks for doing a great job for us here in Sunshine Valley BC.

I have an old gas fireplace. Several years ago, two others companies were unable to fix it and I was told I would need a buy new one. When I was out looking for a new fireplace the sales rep at JC fireplace suggested that I have one of their technicians have a look. I did and they fixed it! I was so grateful. I have been having them service it ever since then. This year I had a hard time getting the pilot light to stay on and they were heavily booked. They put me on a cancelation list AND also gave me the name and number of another company that might be able to come earlier. Excellent customer service.

Was not impressed at all will not be back. Maybe it was just the one staff member there but she was absolutely no help. Not only that she acted as if she was going to catch the plague from me and my family. Anytime I asked a question she said look in the brochure. Absolutely no help!

We went to JC Fireplaces & Spas looking for a firetable for our back deck. It was a great experience right from the start. The staff was so knowledgeable helpful. We bought the Vulcan Firetable and we couldn't be any happier. It is just beautiful. We can look forward to spending lots of nights outside. They had to order it in. It was here in 2 days! They even helped my husband load it into our SUV. We absolutely would recommend this store to anyone.

We had been told by another service provider after they cleaned our fireplace that the valve required was no longer available and we would need to replace the entire unit (after we already paid to clean it!!!). Nat at JC fireplaces worked with us to source the required valve and did it within 10 minutes. This will save us thousands of $’s. Highly recommend.
