It wasn't myself. It was my daughter. She went in for platinum colour and came out as a yellow zebra!!! This was for her Graduation!! Devastating for a teen age girl. If you can't colour hair just say I can't do it!! Don't damage the hair to the extent that it cannot be fixed ! I just want to warn people before they go!! I hope you will use this knowledge in the future so you don't disappoint another teenager!

Tanya is my favorite hair dresser! I don't live in Vernon but I wait to get my hair done for when I'm in town so she can do it. Very creative and talented! Hair cuts are well priced. The staff is always on schedule and manages their appointments very well.
