Mai is an amazing artist and has VERY reasonable prices compared to most. She does get busy but she owns her business and has bills to pay and at those prices needs a good turn over. If you can be flexible, she does an incredible job. Asking for a complicated design when she’s busy is bad on you. And I don’t know how many people listing bad reviews tip, but tipping is customary for beauty services. She’s spends an hour doing your nails, show some appreciation especially since you are getting those reasonable prices.

I've been going here for months and there is no other place I trust my nails with. She does your nails so good and I never experienced any lifting or breaking. Great place to go!

Fast, walk in service.Really happy with how my biogel nails turned out, especially after changing salons because the previous would never do the design I wanted. They didn't spend much time in cleaning the bottom of my feet during the pedicure but overall did a great job on my toes.

I wasn’t going to write this review because I had respect for Mia and her co worker, but after my last experience here I’m pretty disappointed and feel disrespected. I had took my 6 year old daughter with me for the first time she’s always wanting to have her nails done like mommy. I paid extra for so called “ shellac“ so they would last longer, however they didn’t last the night. Mine broke within the first week (which normally happens when I come here) but isn’t too far from where I live so I continued to still be a customer. I call on my work break to make appointment to fix the nail and asked if I could come after work, she tells me that’s fine and to come. When I arrive I see she’s got 3 or 4 ppl getting Pedicure and 1 person getting Manicure so at this point I realize they are busy so I don’t make a fuss about waiting 15-20 min. I chat a little with the girl who was currently getting her nails done and she told me it’s her first time there.(mind you I’ve been a customer for years…) normally mia will rotate between ppl doing alittle here and there, which makes the time of your visit 2 times longer but when it was just me there waiting she actually finished this lady’s nails before she even did any work on my one broken nail I was annoyed, not to mention the nerve to throw a nail at me and tell me to remove the rest of the nail. Had a long day at work that day, she knew I went there right after and let me sit there in my work clothes for over a hour just to fix my pinky nail to me is very rude! Especially after I’ve been a customer for years and the person she felt was more important was someone who never had their nails done “professionally” when I brang up the fact that my daughters nails didn’t last one day she said nothing to me and instead Mocked me in her language to her co worker. I won’t be coming here anymore. I hope to find a place where I’m treated fairly and with some respect.

Absolutely rude dirty and time sucking. Don't go here. I tried three times and was frustrated to the point of crying. So dirty and so rude

First time going lastnight and it did take quite awhile as poor Mai was working alone so was trying to work on everyone at once. I was ready to leave a couple of times but stuck around as she was determined to finish all her clients . Even though it was a long wait and after hours she made it well worth it! Walked out with gorgeous nails and great price! Definitely reasonable! Thanks again Mai, will have to come back another time when you aren't so busy!

The owner is money hungry she gets to many people in there and trys to do them all, dose a rush job on them. Poor communication with everyone once you go in the doors she won't let you leave unless you lie to get out of there. I bought gift card a few months back for my husband, she didn't honor the cards she charged me who didn't have a gift card extra 12 dollars so my husband can get his cards for free. Sorry honey I'm not going back there your on your own. Not one bit happy never going back.

The worse place where my girl did manicure. Master doesn’t know about safety nothing,working without gloves and does not handle appliances,she doesn’t knwo how to remove old nail polish, touches customers without asking and is rude. don't pay her a dime, she's a scammer!!!

I have been coming here for months. Mai is by far the best places to get your nails done. Mai is so sweet and does an amazing job. I usually go for designs on my nails and she always executes them perfectly. throughout every experience she asks me if I like it and makes sure I love the design, length and style before she moves on. I would say this is the best place to get your nails done in London. Her prices are phenomenal especially considering what the nails look like after
