I wish it was possible to give no stars. This company is the absolute worst place I've dealt with in 5 years of sourcing safety equipment. The only thing good is their pricing. Al is possibly the most miserable person I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. He has no professionalism. He sounds miserable on the phone, he's not polite, nor does he give a damn about your orders. I've called numerous times on several occasions over the last couple weeks for updates and I get no return calls, and come to find out that the quantity of items is incorrect when the order has already been delayed by weeks at this point. If this doesnt change I will be biting the bullet and shopping elsewhere despite increase costs. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the consistency of bad attitude around there hasnt changed.
