Yes, there was an issue on closing, it happens. But after 32 years in this industry as a real estate broker, I can appreciate that when something happens, someone steps up and acknowledges it and apologizes. That's incredibly important. That's putting client services first. My buyer client was looked after and is happy. That's what matters most. And Kelly and Jim made that happen. Thank you.
