Loblaw Pharmacy

They charge a surprise $18 consultation fee that is not covered by sask health.The pharmacist wasted my time by not being up front about this fee.Other pharmacies I have been to do not charge a consultation fee.I do not accept unfair business practices and I will avoid coming to this pharmacy in the future.

These people have no clue what they are doing. Once again my prescription wasn’t filled when it was supposed to be. Take your business elsewhere!

Grumpy staff and slow as snail

They are slow, clueless and for some reason they think they are doctors. They have on several occassions refused to fill prescriptions that my doctor as wrote for me. If that is not bad enough when they do fill a prescription it is wrong. I do not think any of them can even speak or understand english as well. They have tried to tell me my refills expire after 30 days . How can anyone trust these people? Rochdale location.

Slow and unfriendly service

Dropped off my prescription and they said it would take 45 mins to fill so I asked what time they were open until. They said 9pm so I rushed back and got to the pharmacy just before 9pm and they were already closed up. Workers were there leaving early, told me they were closed. If you're open until 9pm you should be helping customers until then. They closed their tills down far before 9pm. There are so many pharmacies to choose from, they should put more effort into their customer service.The day after I called in and spoke to the pharmacist and told them about my experience. The pharmacist was so friendly, apologetic, and they had my prescription delivered to my home. They really turned my experience into a positive one in the end.

Took them 2hrs. My food was spoiling in my car !
