After my OWN pharmacy refused to give me my medication; they directed me to this pharmacy. Harpreet (Pharmacist) went out of her way to ensure that I got my immensity needed meds. She had to take extra time in her already busy day to ensure that there weren't any interactions with the medications (a lot) that I'm already taking. I appreciate the time she took and the follow up call I recieved to ensure I was doing well afterwards. Harpreet was wonderful!!!!

Got COVID, called my Dr. and they said to check the Ontario eligibility tool online. Found out directly from Ontario health that I AM eligible. The young male pharmacist on duty on June 3rd 12:50pm said I am NOT eligible. Contacted another pharmacist at another Shoppers and they said I AM eligible but they just didn't have any stock. Inconsistent company policy being applied with pharmacists that don't understand the rules dictated by Ontario Health. If I die since I am at risk of severe COVID as per Ontario Health, this company's inconsistent policy application will be liable.

Very very slow service. Said 30 minutes with a phone notification. I waited and shopped in store and they forgot about me. I sat beside the counter and then went to Saraniya that looked up my name and said it’s still in process and then started the order.l - took a total of 1 hour of me waiting.

Horrible place to shop. Shoppers at great lake , Brampton. I want to give bad worst service and worst staff star. I was looking for nail polish . Some of the nail polish were on sale. I took the nail polish which I have planned to buy for sure. I checked with small dot on my small finger. One of the cosmetic sales representative came up there and started yelling at me and shouting at me for trying it on just a dot on small finger. It was on Wednesday at 8:00pm. I said you can not be rude to me. She said you can not be disrespect to me and my store property. I replied back nicely that look at your face , It turned all red. Why are you making yourself so angry and yelling at me just for the nail polish. She said you tried it on so you have to pay for these nail polish. I said I am going to buy. She turned more aggressive and forced me to buy the product. One she charged me full price another on sale price. But both product were under the sign of 50% sale. She said some customer put it at wrong place and she is not going to give me on sale price and she is not even going to return it. I said by law you can not sell it more than the sale price under this nail polish. But she continued yelling and called manager and told manager don't return any of her product and said i am protecting store property. But I believe as a sales person she should respect her customer and work at store properly and check if all of the product are under right sign or sale price. Manager had no word to say and he was listening just the sales person and sales person said she will make the manager do whatever she wants. I had my 2 little kids with me 3 years and 5 years. They did not even care that 2 little kids are listening to them and could have bad impact upon them. They told me don't ever come at this store as well. after leaving the store my kids asked me why they were so mean? I said some time some people have bad days. It was that lady and manager bad day specially the lady on Wednesday working in the evening.

Went there with my friends last month and they accused us for stealing, I’m guessing the reason for the accusations is because a-lot of high school girls come to shoplift, but at the same time me and my friend were black and the other young costumers faced different treatment from staff and security… we barely spent 5 minutes in the store…. I just wanted some gum

The lady (Sara) is working there as a pharmacist assistant is very rude.They are very unorganized and irresponsible.My family physician sent a prescription to this pharmacy and they didn't call or even text to update me. why???????? Becuase my insurance is expired and they didn't inform me whether I want to proceed with insurance or without and kept my medication for four days without letting me know and nobody is responsible about this situations.

I have been a customer of this Heart Lake store for over 30 years. Lately, several prescriptions were given to me with bayonet-lids, which are the standard nowadays for protection of small children. Because of my severe arthritis, I had asked the pharmacy a couple of years ago or more to mark my file with a requirement for only flip-top lids. This has been ignored on several occasions. The latest problems, however, are much more severe. After asking my doctor's office to treat an incoming fax as urgent for a much-needed medication for sciatica, which has excruciating pain at times, the drug store said they were faxing it in and marking it as urgent also. This was last Friday, today is Wednesday following. After waiting a couple of days due to the weekend, I was told they didn't receive a response from the doctor, and I could buy an OTC lower dose medication in the meantime, which I did. When that was running out, I phoned again, and was told that they still had not received a response from the doctor's office, so I phoned the doctor's office and was told they never got the request in the first place. I phoned the store right away with this news, and was asked what fax number to send it to. I told the pharmacist that after 30 years from the same doctor, I expected that they should know what number to send it to, so if not sure, call them and ask yourself. I never fax anything to my doctor. As if this wasn't bad enough, the doctor's office replied immediately to their last-minute request, and approved all 3 of my prescription renewal requests which had now accumulated since last Friday. When I got text messages for only two of them, I phoned again today, and was told the doctor did not approve the missing one. I phoned the doctor's office, and was told that all 3 had been sent back to Shopper's approved earlier that morning at the same time. Obviously the store is lying to me now. I pursued the matter further, and was told there was a dosage issue. I told them the doctor had approved the renewal, knowing full well that I was using this pain med at a higher rate due to the recent sciatica. I was told to come after supper, and all 3 could be picked up. When I arrived after supper, only two were ready, and the counter staff again lied to me, telling me that they were going to contact the doctor again for the third one. I confronted the on-duty pharmacist, who, when confronted with the staffer's lie, had the scrip filled right away while I waited. I should note that 6 working days had now transpired since I asked for the first one to be renewed, and I was just picking them up now! To make matters worse, they were filled with bayonet lids on the containers, which I rejected immediately.I don't think I have ever met with such incompetence, dishonesty, and poor customer service all over one transaction, anywhere before - including any other type of business. This store has had customer service decline substantially, ever since the original owner sold the franchise 2 or 3 years ago now and retired. It's time to consider taking my family's business elsewhere.

Pharmacy within the store, people working there don’t know the job. I had 2 bad experiences in 2 weeks. First one- the pharmacist told they got the prescription from doctor and will send a message when prescription is ready. I waited and no message came, when I went to the pharmacy another staff said they don’t have the prescription. Same incident today as well, Thursday one of the staff called and said they are out of stock for the prescription that my doctor sent so I tried contacting my doctor and he way away. I went to the pharmacy and asked for the prescription to get the medicine from another store and the staff over there looked for the prescription but they couldn’t find. They don’t know where the prescription went. These people are not professionals so I decided not to go there again

I had to go to this Shoppers late at night to look for medical equipment that my local Shoppers didn't have. It is kind of out of our way. The store was completely empty and I didn't like how the employees and plain clothed security guards watched me like I was about to steal something from the moment I entered til I left. Probably because I'm Asian. Guess it's located in a shady area of Brampton. Who knows. Trash ayus shoppers.
