Such a great spa experience! The best I've ever had!I've had the pleasure of having Winnie as my esethetician. I can't say enough about her skill and knowledge. She really takes a look at your skin and chooses the best plan of action. She mentioned the custom blended oil at my first visit, but I didn't go for it then. However, the second time I had my appointment, I decided to go for it. I wish I went for it the first time! It is simply amazing and I've noticed such a difference in my skin.Mallory is also wonderful. If I ever need to figure out what I've had done in the past or what products I've purchased, she keeps a file of everything.Even though I want to keep Tao Day Spa a secret so I can book an appointment whenever I want or need to, but this place is too much of a gem to not share!Great place, wonderful team!

I LOVE Tao Day Spa, everyone there is friendly and helpful. They are not only professionals but also fun to deal with. The place is designed with a soft Zen touch...their products are amazing. All products are organic and at a reasonable price.The store is located at the heart of Steveston Village in Richmond, and it has a full range of product and services that you would find in a spa and more. Winnie, the owner of the store is a super nice and kind person, she is very professional and knowledgeable and know exactly your skin needs! I enjoy going there for the people and the services. Will recommend it to anyone!

Tao Day spa is the best spa! Winnie and her staff are amazing! Winnie has always provided me with exceptional service as I have been seeing her for over 10 years for facials, and she is so kind! Winnie really cares about her clients, and has offered me very helpful advice to ensure I am using the best products for my skin. Winnie is honest and trustworthy! Tao also makes custom facial oils that have changed my skin for the better! Thank you Tao Day Spa you are the best! Richmond is fortunate to have such a fabulous spa!!!

So where do I begin talking about how much I love this spa? I think one of the most important things to me in a spa is cleanliness - and they have it. They are the only spa I know of who use an actual autoclave to sterilize there nail/pedicure equipment. I guess without that I wouldn't enjoy the amazing service as much as I do! Winnie and her staff truly care about your health and well being. I love the organic products they offer and use many of them! I think my favorite has got to be Winnie's amazing facials though! Seriously! And I have to mention Amanda the RMT there... so great and knowledgeable! She has helped several people I know feel better and heal from various injuries, aches, and pains... All the staff are great! I HIGHLY recommend Tao!

Most definitely one of the best facial experience I've ever had! Winnie was very knowledgeable about my skin requirement and delivered an extremely relaxing experience for me. My facial treatment was punctuated by several massage pauses which were done with a gentle yet experienced touch. The products used, the scents, the music, the lighting and the heated bed also contributed to making Tao my new favorite place! I'm looking forward to going back next month!

Best spa around!! My favorite service are the facials! Winnie takes great care of my skin, and her expertise and knowledge is so comforting. I love the atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly! They use high quality products called Eminence, and I love them!

This is the best spa. I originally came to Tao because I had a gift certificate. Now I am a regular customer. I've been working with Winnie on my skin consistently and now she's the only esthetician I trust. She knows her stuff better than anyone, and I always I know I'm in good hands with her. She has also tested my past products to see if I should continue using them - she really is so knowledgeable! I'm so glad I found this gem.

I always enjoy my facial time at Tao spa. Winnie is an awesome person , who is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is the only lady i go to for my facials and i trust her for selecting the type of facial i should get for my skin condition. She also makes custom facial oils, which are very good. The spa is super clean, staff is friendly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a ‘real spa ‘ experience. You will not be disappointed.
