However, it was Mr. Bejan Nasim, one of the sales representatives, who truly made my visit memorable.Mr. Bejan went above and beyond to ensure that I had a thorough understanding of the EQS and GLS models. He patiently took the time to explain all the features and specifications of both vehicles, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of the brand and its offerings.What truly impressed me was Mr. Bejan's willingness to go the extra mile. He promptly brought a GLS from the dealership's inventory to showcase its luxurious features firsthand.Throughout our interaction, Mr. Bejan remained attentive, responsive, and respectful. We just bought our first Mercedes GLE450 in this location. It looks great. The purchasing experience was great. Catherine chen is the salesperson who was helping us all the time. She is so nice and professional. After asking thousands of questions, we were finally convinced that GLE450 is what we want.

Mercedes- Maple- service department is amazing!! All of the service advisors are helpful and explained in depth what was going to be done during the regular service appointment. I liked the fact that they did not try to brush off a small issue I had, rather they were understanding and answered my questions thoroughly. I would 100% return only to this location as the downtown one- is in deep need of improvement!

My R350 was towed in and Sami Ammar was professional in helping me as my service advisor, communicated my needs and expectations to the technician. The service work was done very quickly and pricing was extremely fair. I’m sure there’s a wait to get vehicles in for service so I’m amazed at the turn around time to get me back on the road. Way to go Sami!

We had a great car shopping experience with our sales consultant Tamian. We went in to look at few different options and at no point did we feel pressured or manipulated (like you typically would shopping for cars). Tamian took the time to understand what we need, and showed us multiple options to choose from while giving an honest opinion about the cars.I highly recommend working with Tamian if you’re looking to purchase a Mercedes.

Just had my 2nd service at the dealership in May.Had two issues which had casued significant safety concern.1. Camera(Reverse) stop working;2. Car screen flashing during driving.Need to bring it back again for repair

He is super professional and provides the most customised suggestion. Even after purchased, the following feedback or any issue related to the car, he is always there for us.
