Far better nanny agencies in the madison area to work with. Being a first time nanny, I was naive and didn’t really know what to expect and looked for a lot of guidance from the agency to help me along the way. Unfortunately that is not what I got from this agency as the owner never reached out after placement. Also, I’m afraid the “contract” which was not even really a contract, more just a offer letter, did not have the nanny’s best interest nor protection at all. Good thing I know Wisconsin laws and have common sense. Knowing what I know now, if you are a nanny I would suggest working with a knowledgeable agency, and one that has a more protected contract. Not bashing Kaila, I just think she has a lot to learn in this industry when it comes to liability.

She worked hard at weeding thru resumes and interviews of potential candidates until she found us the most perfect fit. We appreciate how caring, responsive and communicative Kaila is. Kaila was efficient in finding our first nanny and was very responsive to help with a replacement when our first nanny left out of blue within 6 months right before my second child was due (after using up the 12 fully paid PTO and 5 fully paid Covid sick days). Kaila is also resourceful and helped with our night nurse search when our second child came. I appreciate how she listened and showed kindness. I will work with Kaila again in the future and recommend her to my friends because she genuinely cares about the family and the kids.
