I have been going to Posh Nail Spa since 2010 they always have very friendly staff. I love going here. Pedicures are fantastic as well.

I’ve been here several times and had an awesome experience. Not today. The lady cut my big toe and blamed me. Not sure why she was even cutting it as it was short enough. Then when she was about to do the polish I asked if that was all she was going to do for my callouses. She said yes. I said I wanted the razor thing to shave them off. She said I don’t need them and that she’s been doing this a long time. I did need that. My feet were in need of some TLC and I haven’t had a pedicure in almost a year. She then told me not to ask for her if I come back. WTH?? Seriously she’s a piece alright. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back after being treated so poorly.

Catherine is the best and is so funny. I love her and my bright orange nails look amazing with the flower!!!

I went into Posh Nail Spa,today and I was very unhappy with my experience.I went in with a friend, we decided to get the foot spa for the extra massage.My friend started hers and I was waiting with my feet in the water for about 20 to 30mins, until mine was started. Mine only lasted 30 mins while throughout it was interrupted by people walking in, as my pedicurist had to help them, because they do not have a receptionist.We spent extra to have a relaxing long massage, as we never make time for ourselves.My friends treatment lasted at least an hour, with a thorough massage. Mine ended at the same time as hers.I brought it up to the pedicurist, asking did I have the same treatment, as mine did not last as long and I was interrupted throughout. She said yes, I told her I felt I didn't get the same and was unhappy. My friend agreed saying it didn't seem like a fair treatment.I was still charged the full amount $63 for only a half hour of interrupted massaging, I did not even get my toes painted. I also left with one toe bleeding as my nail was pulled out too deep.I am hoping this gets some sort of response, or refund as I should have not paid the amount I did for a terrible treatment.
