Blinds To Go

Definitely would not recommend- ordered blinds for our Babies room; experienced bad customer service and the quality of the product was very poor. Even after sending to have the blinds repaired, they had continued to break. We had to go elsewhere for a quality replacement! Advised company policy is no refunds on custom orders, but this doesn’t make sense when the issue is the quality of the product the company made, regardless if it’s custom or mass produced!

So far: the experience in the store with Polly was great; the installers were timely and efficient. HOWEVER two out of three blinds were damaged and couldn't be installed. One was damaged in factory as the box was intact. Makes me wonder what sort of quality control is in factory!? AND it's been two days and I haven't heard from anyone... you'd think a manager would call and apologize and provide a timeline for replacement. Customer service is not impressive...took my full payment no problem and then ignored.

The staff was wonderful! Helped me choose a blind at the right price for me. It arrived at the store long before I expected it. It was relatively easy for an inexperienced young lad to install for me and it looks fabulous! Everything worked out well!

The customer service at this location and their install staff is awesome. Im also very impressed with the technical part of the business. It's very user friendly to check on order, book appointments, pay balance. As someone who does a lot of home improvement projects myself, it was great to trust the measuring and install to other people and they did the job great.The product itself works very well so far and I'm excited to hook it up with my google home for our them on a schedule. My only complaints is, while the team warns you that you will potentially see the sides of the bracket, it is quite ugly to see the exposed fabric. I wish they would just cover the bracket with the chosen textile like the front is. It would be pretty minimal money in materials for them and make the finished product much more worth the price point. I also think it's unfortunate the bottom bar that provides weight is also only covered on one side with the chosen textile. Again, little money to cover the backside too as it can be seen from outside the window. For the price point these kind of finishing touches would be preferred.Again, customer service and team was great. Online interface very easy to use and the mechanics of the shades themselves good. Just finishing touches of the shades could be better for the money.

Sana at the store in Newmarket was outstanding , great communication and professional, had wonderful product knowledge and her suggestions and assistance were outstanding. A pleasure to work with Sana and the installer Xavier. From start to finish it was quick, exactly what I was looking for and an excellent price. Thank you team

My Roman blinds were installed yesterday. They look beautiful and Javier installed them without a problem. He was very professional and they look beautiful. Would highly recommend blinds to go.

Excellent experience with Blinds To Go in New Market. Very helpful with finding the appropriate blind for the window on my front door. Everything was done in a timely efficient manner. The installer was friendly and it only took a few minutes to install. Definitely recommend Blinds To Go hands down!

We bought blinds 7 years ago and we’re very happy with them. We recently got our windows replaced and the blinds don’t fit, when we asked them to cut them they said they won’t bc they are discontinued. The problem is now they have to go into the garbage, I said I would void the warranty if they cut them but it was a no go. Doesn’t make sense, they go into the garbage if you don’t try anyways so what’s the harm in trying????!!!! The environmental impact is disgusting.
