First time visit as there are no dry cleaners in our area. The employee (Emma) was great explaining how their system worked (how long, hours, etc) along with the 1st timer discount. We even received a call the next day to confirm the details of a request we had made. Of course, you expect the clothes to come back clean & pressed - and on that they delivered. The friendly, informed service was a great bonus and will bring us back.

Always pleasant and helpful staff, the clothes look great. I once left 60.00 in my pocket that I did not know about, the staff called and returned the money. Best in town.

The staff were friendly but don't help me much. I brought in a jacket and when I got it back, it wasn't cleaned AT ALL. Then after I sent it back the second time to get actually cleaned (or so i thought), it STILL was not clean and all of the original stains were there. Also, Goodfellow Cleaners can't do delicate or special material so their service skills and versatilities are lacking, definitely NOT a go-to drycleaners for all your special fabric needs.Overall the service and my experience was mediocre and disappointing, they didn't offer me a refund for my jacket they couldn't clean (their fault) and my money is still in their system, where it might stay forever because I probably won't go back. Go the extra 5 minutes to another location that's worth your precious time and money.

I’ve been using Goodfellows for a couple years now (since I moved to the neighborhood). I’m a trades guy so I don’t need a ton of dry cleaning but I have always been happy with the service, price and turn around time.On Friday, I found out I needed some items pressed so I could have them Monday morning. Popped by to drop my stuff off and ask if it would be possible to get back by Saturday afternoon (as they’re closed Sundays). The young lad behind the counter said he wasn’t sure he could make it happen, as this location is only a drop off/pick up point, but to wait a second he wanted to see if he could help me out. So he called the head location on Earl Armstrong/River Road. He explained what was happening, said ok, and then hung up. He asked me if I would be ok to drop the items off at the head location as the owner said he would be sure to get it done. No problem, thank you for the help!I headed on up to the other location and when I went in, I was greeted by Mr Goodfellow himself. We chatted for a few moments and I passed on my compliments about the service from the young man at the other location. I asked if I could have the items by tomorrow afternoon and he looked at the clock and said “2 hours. They’ll be ready by 4”.Long story short: great company, fantastic owner who prides himself on his community involvement (there’s dozens of hockey team plaques hanging on the wall of presumably sponsored teams, and in our talks he was saying how he loves hiring young people with ambition), great service.My fiancée is in her final year of law school... so they’re going to be seeing A LOT of her over the years.

Today I had a bit of an emergency. I tried to get the wrinkles out of my daughter’s bridesmaid dress she is wearing tomorrow. I put it in the dryer on wrinkle guard with a dryer sheet. The wrinkles came out but there were spots all over the dress. I brought it Goodfellow and they were extremely helpful right from my first frantic phone call. They even called me when the dry cleaning process was done to let me know thst the spots came out ! Kudos to Goodfellow. They were so good to accommodate my emergency
