Poor quality product. I paid $35 to have a liquid glass screen protector on my Samsung Note 9 last week. The day after it was put on it was peeling from the corners. Since then I had two more exchanges done, both were peeling again. The photos posted are after only three days of gentle wear on the third replacement product. I expect it to get worse over time. The exchanges proved that it was not faulty products or human error in installation, more so just poor quality products. I was told that the reason it was peeling is because I have scratches on the surface of the screen but that is not the case as I have always had a screen protector on this phone since the day it was purchased.Come to Cellicon at Midtown Plaza if you want to have an overpriced poor quality product. In retrospect I should have just bought a higher quality screen protector from Amazon for a cheaper price and installed myself. They do not offer any refunds for any of their products. Beware!

Terrible service. I’ve used this place twice out of convenience. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service.

Terrible experience. They gauranteed there $30 glass screen protector would not bubble or lift on the edges or they would replace it for free. 1 week after purchase it was lifting on all the edges, came back and they said they didn't have them anymore in stock and they'd call me when they came in. No call, so I came back to the stores a couple weeks later and this time they said it was 19.99 to replace. So much for a gaurantee.

Awful experience at this store. Purchased a screen protector that shattered at the slightest bit of pressure while being installed, which when reading other reviews of this store, is not the first time that this has happened. Went back the next day and the employee opening the store was 15 minutes late.They replaced the screen protector only to have the new one pop off the screen before getting home. Overpriced and cheap products. Would not recommend.

No refunds or exchanges on products designed to fail in under 10 days. Enough said. Why would i ever shop here when i can go to a reputable place.

My son brought his phone in. Paid in full for repairs they said they would do. Days later they call him and tell him they can’t fix it and keep all his money and give him a $50 in store credit.How about giving him the $200 he paid for a service you didn’t do?

Giving this an easy 5 stars. Got a great deal on two cases and a screen protector a few weeks ago. Huge selection for the new S10, I couldnt find cases anywhere else. He even applied the screen protector for me! Would definitely recommend!

No exchange or refunds offered. I bought a screen and it broke while I was placing it on (it was so fragile and yet it was meant to protect my new phone lol). They offer life time “paid” warranty for a product that is meant to fail (in first few minutes in my case) Store person was very kind and polite when I was there to make a purchase and when I went back with the complain, he was extremely rude and dismissive. I should have gone to Best Buy or London Drugs as they have a legit refund and exchange policy with better customer service. All in all, poor quality product and worse customer service. NEVER again!

Fixed my phone in less than 24 hours and went above and beyond when the other guys quoted me higher cost and up to a five week wait. Ibrahim is the best and I'll be doing all my future phone work there. Sitting here using my phone that looks better than new!

Went to see Ibrahim at Cellicon after my phone got crushed when my 80 gallon air compressor landed on me while loading. The screen protector he previously sold me was shattered and the phone was bent but it saved my phone from being broken. The bent phones screen was still protected and in perfect shape. They replaced my screen protector with warranty, these guys are awesome. Thanks Ibrahim!!!
