What a beautiful new Retirement Community we have here in Surrey. Our company Genie Senior Services has done thousands of transitions over the years and I can say this is one of our favorite places for sure. The building is beautiful, the suites are beautiful and the staff so caring. Justin has been more than amazing to work with. I would absolutely recommend Camellia to friends and family and would feel real good if my Mom moved in. Thanks for being a part of the community!

Camellia Residences is a brand new wonderful retirement community, fully modern decor and design. It is a safe and secure environment to live in. It is a really welcoming place. When you walk in, anybody, any staff member you meet is always smiling and friendly, and so willing to help.Spacious dining room with restaurant service. Residents are served with a daily varied menu. In terms of choice of food, they are so accommodating.I am truly grateful for their warm, caring and supportive team. They are dedicated and helpful in all positions and at all levels. Camellia provides my family peace of mind to know that my parents are well cared for here.

The facility is brand new, very clean and well-appointed. From the immaculate lounge to the cards room, gym and ping pong, there are a variety of activities. The staff is also so supportive and super nice. There is peace of mind in having my parents live there. I would highly recommend Camellia Residences!

Camellia Residence is a wonderful purpose built community catering to the needs of seniors. The site and residence promote a healthy; active and engaging environment for its residents. With modern features and amenities and innovative services offered on site what's not to love.

When my mom started talking about moving closer to me I looked into all the retirement, independent and assisted living place in Surrey. There was no comparison in terms of the quality of the building and the potential amenities in this brand new development.My mom moved in to Camellia Residences in October and we couldn’t be happier. The suite is beautiful and has everything she needs. The staff are super friendly and helpful.Mom is able to easily walk to the sky train or Surrey Central mall and it’s only a 10 minute walk to my place!Highly recommend this facility and the wonderful staff.
