The Sunny Spot

Stopped here on the way back to saskatoon. It was perfect! Food was great and even though we didn't do the maze it was pretty to look at. The porta potty was cute.

The perfect start to our Drumheller day! We got there right at opening and the owner was incredibly courteous and kind. Menu is small but very quality over quantity, we ordered the special - eggs Benny frenzy fries, chicken club sandwich and grilled cheese with fries for our young one. While we waited, we sat under a shaded umbrella table, took pictures on their giant chair statue and watched 2 driftwood dinosaurs be installed in their gardens. The food was incredible and generous in serving. They even put a mini dinosaur toy in the kids meal. The owner came around to each table to ask about how their day was going and how the food was. A must stop anytime of the day.

Great place to stop for a nice lunch on our way to the Hoodoos. The food was delicious and freshly prepared by the hard working chefs. The place is pet friendly so that was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed our freshly prepared food on the picnic table. It's a great atmosphere. We will definitely stop by to support the local food joint.

Devine spot for summer rays and tasty eats! Highly recommended place to hit up for some lunch and a nice drive! Friendly staff, good portion size and phenomenal choice!

The Sunny Place is a gem of a place and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The 4 stars is because of the portable potty without a place to wash your hands. Not a fan of sanitizing my hands and eating. Had to go get water, wash my hands and come back.The burger is one of the best I have ever tried and looking forward to trying it again. I won’t forget my water for washing hands time.

Coal miners fries were so good and filling. Homemade burgers. Friendly staff/owners. Beautiful drive out and nice little spot. What more could you want?

After a very long day of getting lost in Horsethief canyon in the heat & feeling like I was on the brink of perishing, this was literally the first place I went. The food here truly revitalized my will to live. Burger? Divine. Poutine? Divine. Worth the pleasant little jaunt out to the Wayne area, will be back!

Go here. Seriously, the people who run this are great, the food and ice cream are awesome, and it's a fun stop for kids. The mini golf course they're building will be a great improvement too!

Really fun spot. I went with a group of friends on a whim since we passed by. The maze was fun, the icecream was good, the pumpkin patch made for great photos!

Fantastic taco frenzy fries and taco salad!We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious food, friendly service. And even got some fresh local produce, carrots, broccoli, and giant zucchini from the farm.Such an amazing stop on our trip out to Drumheller surrounded by an awesome farm, sunflowers around patio/picnic area, and great people.We will be back for sure!
