10/10 Staff - everyone who we dealt with was absolutely lovely (big shout outs for Collete and Sabrina who really looked after us). Couldn’t have been more perfect for the large group of 17 of us staying at Les Balcons on the Half board deal. We had three birthdays in the group and they made each one feel special.Food was good and different meal every night! Would highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants in Val Thorens. Besides a very cool staff that knows English really well, they have a big variety of food that includes also some vegan options (a rare find in Val Thorens). PS: most of the times is full especially in the evening, so make sure to have a reservation before.

The food’s excellent and well priced. It is however extremely busy as a result of this! Waited 20 minutes for drinks, 40 minutes for food, and then 20 minutes for the bill. Very child friendly - it’s actually full of them! - but if you’re looking for fast service or anything resembling ambience, this isn’t your best pick.

We had breakfast and dinner at this location for 6 days as part of our ski package with the adjacent Balcons accommodation.Breakfast was self-service and was acceptable. Lots of choice.Dinner was again acceptable, and they catered well for the 1 vegetarian in our group. It was a set menu that varied in quality throughout the week but was always ok if not to everyone's taste.The stars of the show are the staff who are friendly and welcoming and who work extremely hard.If something is not to your liking just tell them and they will sort it.

Best place to eat in Val Thorens! Truly an amazing cuisine, with very good professional staff, meals delivered quickly despite the restaurant being extremely busy. I've ate multiple times at this place, every time being amazed by the standards of the food and the quality of service. Will return with utmost pleasure. 10/10

Huge restaurant where you wonder how they manage to decently serve so many people, but they do! Kudos and deserves a positive rating. Dishes more than ok. Of course a bit noisy, but for groups and if you're not having too much time, for sure a good address.

Half Board option at Les Balcons. Really good food, just the type you need after a days skiing BUT the service was even better. The staff were just great. Friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Sabrina Jade and Andy (YNWA!) you helped make a good holiday even better. We’ll be back.

Best restaurant in Val Thorens. We ate there 5 days in a row during our vacation. The food is delicious (especially the duck dish) and the staff were nice and gave us a great service. I would definitely come back in the future when I’ll visit Val Thorens.

Unpretentious, friendly, quick service and really delicious food. Ideal for lunch or dinner when you've just arrived or leaving Val Thorens.A rare place in town that serves excellently classic pan-fried foie gras (dinner menu only)!
