Suds Car Wash

The left front rim of my car was damaged in their drive through car wash today. The tire cleaner mechanism at the end of the wash grabbed the wheel and the car shuddered. When I exited the wash, I examined the wheel and could see where a 1 inch section of clear coat had been scaled off the wheel. I had just had these rims refinished! When I spoke with the manager he said this would never happen with their equipment and that this damage must have been curb rash. I described exactly what happened, showed him the equipment that caused the damage and the manager said I was lying. He refused to accept any responsibility. Suds just lost a customer and will be subject to as many negative on-line reviews as I can write. I have never been that badly treated. Stay away from Suds Ottawa.

Do customers need to be watching the timers more closely? Made it a little over halfway around my car, not even spraying my roof and half my time was gone. Definitely get the feeling that somethings not quite right with the timing at the self car wash. Doesn't take 3 minutes to spray half a car and the edges of two floor mats. Watch your time here; doesn't seem to add up.

Upon returning home from the Suds Automated car wash, the wash that pulls you through on a track system, I noticed my rear right light cover missing. I went back to Suds and asked if my cover was in the car wash. An employee went in to look and came out with it, unfortunately it was broken. The employee took my number and said the manager will call me the next day. The manager did call me the next day and was suggesting that I did not use the car wash with my car. I asked if they have cameras in the wash, he said yes. I also mentioned it was his employee who came out of the wash with the broken cover. He said he would call me back after reviewing the cameras. He called me back stating that the part was an add-on, which it wasn't. It was an original manufactured part. Then he said they would not take any responsibility and hung up. The managers name was Josh and the employee's name was Johnson. Terrible customer service, lack of integrity and immature behavior.

I've been going to another self serve car wash for over 30 years, however, the past few years it has gone downhill. I decided to give Suds Car Wash a try and was very impressed. The wash bays are very well lit, water pressure is very good and the wash bays are bright and clean. I would give a 5 star review but I could not get the car reader to work, thankfully, I have enough change to wash my car. They also have heated bays to wash your car which I will try next week when I wash my car again. Suds will be my new go to place to wash my car during the winter months.

3 stars - for automatic wash. Waste of your money because those so-called soft foam languettes are absolutely useless as they do not remove dirt. If your car has a light colour, it stays on the car after this wash". 12.95$ + tx. Boooh considering the result.5 stars - for manual wash. Many wash bays

You have auto pay the same price as an automatic touch less to have mediocre cleaning and also without drying. When their system malfunctions after you pay they are very helpful, one staff even told me: “it is what it is” repeatedly without offering any type of help or solution. Note- don’t bring any Luxury car here, the cheap soap with destroy your paint and any sorts of chrome and dark chrome trims.

Good location, but be cautious if you're looking for a self-service vehicle wash. One thing I don't like is that tyre cleaner takes an eternity to come out. They also cease Night Owl service before 6:45 a.m. to reset their systems. As a result, I ended up overpaying by $8. And I suppose adding $1 in wait time for tyre cleaning is a joke.Simply go there at night and take advantage of the half-price offer. Don't put it off until the morning.

I loved this place. I went at around 9:30pm when the self serve car wash is half price. It wasn't busy so I drove right in. It was my first time trying this place so I didn't really know what to do at first but there were fairly clear instructions with recommendations of what steps to do for washing your car in order. You tap your card and select whichever option you want to start with and the clock starts. You pay by the minute. It was really fun and my car is super clean and shiny! There are even tire cleaner and waxing/polishing options. For 10 minutes it cost me $7 which is half the price of a gas station car wash and it was longer and better!!! They also had vacuuming stations and an automatic car wash. I'll be back for sure.

Best car wash experience.cost me about $25 to wash the outside of my car and vacuum the inside.The soap brush worked really well. The spray gun had really good pressure and it seemed worth the money. Would go again. Great place

Great place to wash your car. Sunny days are busy in the summer but they keep everything well maintained. They also organize the self-serve waiting line so that everyone gets their turn in order.
