Poor service. Got lash extensions here: The next day my eyes were extremely irritated (red, hurting, and itching) so I messaged to see what could be done looking for a lash removal ASAP but I was willing to wait til the next day. I was told to do a cold compress and update in the morning. I updated in the morning (still red, itching, etc.) and didn’t receive a response from anyone so I plucked them off myself because the pain and irritation was unrealll. I received a message a day and a half AFTER I had sent my update, offering a removal (a little late for that). Thought that was the end of it but now I have pinkeye and just paid $42 for medication to fix that problem. Asked for a refund, no refund but I can apparently get a new full set of lashes? Yeah no thanks. Hard pass on this place.Also there was a random girl (another worker?) sitting in the room chatting with the girl that did my lashes. A little unnerving when my eyes are taped shut and the girl who’s supposed to be working on my lashes is distracted and chatting with her friend…

Got my one on one training with Victoria over a year ago and it was a great experience! She is honestly the best teacher for the lash industry and has taught me everything I know now as a lash tech. I definitely recommend going here for trainings as well as all your aesthetic needs.

I am always so happy with my lash extensions! I've been to other lash techs in the past and they never would last.The lash extensions that I get done at Babe Alert Beauty Studio always hold very well and look amazing. I've been going to Babe Alert for 2 years and I will continue to do so. Victoria and all of the staff do an amazing job with their services that they provide.All of the staff are very professional, kind and welcoming. It's a really nice comfortable environment to be in. A couple weeks ago I did a one on one lash extensions course with Victoria and prior to that I have been going to her for my lashes for almost 2 years. She is the absolute best at lashes (amazing retention and always gives you exactly what you want) and her training course was very informational and provides everything you need/need to know to become an amazing lash artist! She was very patient and took her time with me. Choosing to do my lash training course with Victoria has literally been the best experience for me and im so glad i did not go to anyone else. She also teaches you how to do lashes as a career and genuinely wants to see you do good. Her salon is very clean, professional, cute, and a very welcoming environment! Every time I go to Babe Alert I very much enjoy my time and the experience I highly recommend going to Babe Alert!

Went for my first time to get my lashes and eyebrows tinted and I loved it. Very clean undderstanding and professional I will be back !!!
