It's an excellent service since the beginning, I was received by the sales man Mr. Khaled Elmir and he was answering all my questions during the process, he respected all the points and services revised in the agreement document, he was very respectful and kind. I just had a small issue with the financing person because he was lack of tolerance and started to desperate when we were asking to clarify some points. But I spoke with the sales man Khaled Elmir to clarify and he solved each of my questions, I strongly recommend him ! This is a real good sales man!

They sold us a car that made noise straight off the lot, we messaged the sales man to say so. After avoiding calls for a month. We have a tire change, we tell them to take a look. The find the brake lines are leaking and they can't let use leave. The fix it for us with only us needing to pay the brake pads.low and behold the noise is still there. Probably a wheel bearing l, brought it to another shop. Unbelievable.

Ran into car trouble driving back from the East Coast. No other shop could get my Altima in within a week (tire-changing season), but Nissan had it back on the road within two days. Tammy was especially helpful. They saved me a lot of headache.

I’m disappointed with a warranty in my car and they charge to scan the reason for a yellow engine light on. It is very disappointed with the “Fake extended warranty” that Nissan always sell when we buy a new car. It is so frustrated…

I am very happy with my new Nissan Rogue SV. My salesman was great! I had a small issue with the finance department when purchasing but spoke to the manager who followed up with a fast and courteous solution. I highly recommend Nissan Sherbrooke and I also recommend the Rogue to anyone wanting a cross over/SUV.

Sales and service is absolutely abysmal with no return calls or interest in solving issues that were created by the dealer themselves. Sell it and forget it. They focus on mass selling and no client service or even call backs to solve issues. This experience has put me off this dealer and Nissan in general. I would provide less than 1 star but the software will not allow me.

Took over a lease through Nissan Sherbrooke from one of their clients. They made the process easy as we are from Ontario, did all the paperwork in advance and we just had to go sign and pick up the car when it was ready.We dealt with Clara and she made the process as smooth as possible. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Only one word! AWFUL! One of the worst experience in my life with a car authorized dealer. I deeply regretted to choose Nissan Sherbrooke to have the leasing for my car. Don’t go there, you’ll be extremely disappointed for sure. TERRIBLE AFTER-SALES SERVICE.

Last Friday, I went to Nissan Sherbrooke to see one of their used SUVs and to do a test drive. The salesman welcomed me and assured me that the SUV is still available. He went to get the key and temporary plate for the test drive but after couple of minutes, he came back and informed me that one of his colleague went out with the SUV and won't come back today!!!I asked him when the car would be available and he suggested me to schedule another appointment for Sunday morning. Just few hours before the second appointment, he texted me to cancel it! This time he claimed that the guy, who took the car, went to the vacation with it and didn't come back yet!!! He asked me if it's possible for me to come there tomorrow (Monday) and I said yes. I think it is not hard to guess what happened on Monday morning again :( I never experienced this kind of mismanagement in other dealerships.
