I was at the Telus/Koodo kiosk in Square One on Nov 18 to inquire about their products and services.I had the pleasure of being assisted by Majd A. He was very friendly, helpful and patient in explaining the types of phones and plans available and the promotions he could offer. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I really liked that he did not rush or pressure me to purchase on the spot.I came back with my husband 2 days later, and we purchased a phone and ported 2 lines over to Koodo. We were both very satisfied with Majd’s exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to give us the best package and promotions possible. He was very efficient, respectful and professional. He is an asset to the team and deserves to be recognized for his great service.

Nov 30 - Revised Review - Dropping from 5 stars to 2 stars.The staff didn't respond at all to my enquiry on Home Security Plan. I guess they are well trained only to deal with Phones and Plans.The store is well maintained with friendly and supportive staff! Madelynn is knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us explain the product in detail with all benefits and services.

I received amazing service from Akilah! I walked away with the exact phone I needed based on her recommendation and I'm very happy with it. I would definitely come to this location again !

Shankie is carrying a lot of attitude than her personality. She didn’t help me to get what I wanted. She was not listening to me but was on call with someone … and had the Airpods, plugged in.This store is worst to do business. Worst customer service. she is such a wasteyutes.

To say I received excellent customer service would be an understatement. Mo and his team were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain and answer questions, gave me various options to help solve my problems and I am very grateful for the assistance they provided me with. Highly recommend speaking with one of them.

I came to the Square One location with a problem with my phone. Madelyn was amazing to work with. When you come to this location ask for Madelyn for the best deals and service. She's is an angel.

I went in the store on January 7 around 1 or 2:00 pm to return a phone [bring it back] as I was already done with the contract. It says in the website that I can go at any telus and just drop it off. However, I went to this store, as soon as I asked, they said they cant accept this at their store and I need to call Telus. I did call telus before going there, and they advised me the same thing. Not sure if they are just being lazy or what as I went to another store that day and they just received my phone. So if I were you id go to another telus store, and save your time and gas.

Fantastic and quick service! We were in and out with a new phone in 30 minutes.
