Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever ordered.1. The dough was extremely undercooked and the entire pizza had slide onto its side when we opened it.2. The cheese crust is literally solid cheese and undercooked3. We called back and asked for it to be redone but they only offered credit. We leave the city tomorrow so no use for us.

I ordered a pizza on May 7 via Uber eats. The pizza package had the papa John fresh seal on it. There ended up being a metal object in the pizza crust? I don’t know what it could be from.I reached out online and was told I’d receive a call but I never did. I contacted the store and felt it was shrugged off.I’m trying to raise awareness that this could have happened with other pizzas that day as well, maybe they should contact other customers.

DISGUSTING!!!!DO NOT GO/ORDER FROM HERENO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!I've been a very loyal, long-time customer to Papa John's in any area I've lived. Not anymore!I called them back after last night's order was mishandled (pizza - have pic but can't add it oddly), I've never ordered spicy wings (haven't been able to do spicy for a very long time) and they overcharged me!!When I explain this to them, they were rude, ignorant and actually accused me of being wrong! Unbelievable, I've already gave this place too many second chances. The call ended with no resolution and I'm to contact head office.

The first time I tried to order smt using DoorDash it was canceled without any notice or reason. The second time I decided to order online directly on their website and pick the pizza it up. The experience was good. The pizza was read in 10 minutes or less. The taste of the pizza was better then expected. I asked for 2 portions of chicken breast and I think they only gave me one... I’ll see next time. The location is close by my building.

The delivery guy was really polite. I ordered a pizza and wings, and when the food arrived, it was still warm. Other from the wing flats being a little soggy, everything was perfect. The pizza tasted fantastic and the bread was soft and I LOVE their crust :)

I came to pick my order and it was a 5 minute wait. I can understand it’s busy night.The guy who was working behind the desk ( clean shaved young guy ) was constantly shouting expletives and swearing in Hindi. If you are not satisfied with this work then find some other work
