This place is outdated, small, some rooms look more like a storage facility than a lab. If you are pregnant and/or female, when they give you an option to have a female technician, take it. I've had an experience with a male technician who yanked my underwear down and exposed me during a pregnancy ultrasound without giving me a heads up that he will be doing that. Nor did any other technicians EVER did that during other pregnancy ultrasounds I had. AND while I was exposed, he dragged the instrument along in the way that the wire was dragging through my private parts. AND he was so rough with the instrument that I was bruised in my lower abdomen for DAYS. I wanted to leave and complain, but I was the one who said I was okay with a male technician in favour of getting a faster booking. I regret that choice dearly. I only book with female technicians now, and I only go because it's the closest location to home. If I had an alternative, I won't ever come back here.

Very happy with those places, called at 2pm on a Tuesday, they gave me an appointment for the very next day at 5:30pm, it was quick and effortless, took all of 13 minutes. They also told me my results would be ready the next day. They phoned me as soon as they went to the doctors. I'm very happy about my experience here.

Had ultrasound appointment last week, the technician was good and patient, I arrived on time and they arranged me to meet with technician as scheduled. Technician provided me with my baby photos in the end. Very thoughtful. I wanna thank Jenifer for printing my medical report ahead of time when she knew that I’ll come and get my report today around 11am. Very helpful and efficient! I’m satisfied with the experience, highly recommend!

Worst experience with collecting results after X-ray. Even after 3 days from the x-ray appointment, they still failed to send it to the family doctor. I had to contact them multiple times and had to wait morethan 90 minutes for the results.

I have been here a couple of times. My first visit was just an ultrasound. My second visit was an X-ray and ultrasound. They are very busy and the wait time will be long regardless of what time your appointment is. The concern and main reason for the one star review is with their X-ray technician. He kept touching me and made an excuse that he’s trying to “position me correctly” for the X-ray scan. He made me extremely uncomfortable. I have had X-rays done before and NEVER was I touched this much. In fact, I was never touched at all. This technician however, just kept touching me and putting his hands on me and it was absolutely inappropriate. I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. Unacceptable and this clinic could care less.
