Great online selection but the store was a bit empty. Sales staff was super friendly and even helped grabbed a pair in my wife's size from the warehouse. Really cool store with lots of dope bearbricks but definitely check their online store as it has more variety

Has anyone encountered an issue regarding their refund process? They sent me a message letting me know that I was refunded May 19, 2023 but up to now there was nothing credited back to my accnt. Its almost a month.

Great store! Would order again. To the people complaining about returns. Know your size before ordering or go to a store and try it on first. Mitchell and ness jersey I'm a 2xl all day.... yes they had alot of XL mitchell and ness jersey but I didn't order because I know my size is a 2xl lol
