Very disappointed! They wasted my time and wanted to get extra money for no valid reason. After waiting for about three weeks to get to my appointment, they told me that I have to pay an additional $250 for consultation so that their own doctor can examine me and see if I need the ultrasound! Why? because I am from another province! So, in total, I was asked to pay $250 + $230 = $480 for a breast ultrasound. I told them that it doesn't make sense as I already have the referral from another qualified Canadian doctor for this test! The secretary refused and told me to go somewhere else if I don't like it! Very rude! I will go to another clinic, but thought to share it with everyone. Be careful!

Thank you Dr. Brabant for being so caring and so easy to talk to and answering all my questions. Being able to have the ultrasound and biopsy done on my first visit and then finding out within 3 days that I had a malignancy and then 3 weeks later surgery....well, doctors like Dr. Brabant and his team are hard to find. I don't mind the wait to see him knowing that he takes his time and puts you at ease. You are in good hands with Dr. Brabant!! Thank you again.

I am a cancer survivor and have been a Doctor Brabant 's patient since 2009.I can not thank Doctor Brabant enough for the special, excellent care he provided. The clinic staff is always welcoming, efficient and helpful. Despite Doctor Brabant 's extremely tight schedule, the secretaries found me an appointment in case of emergency. I even got their advice for finding a parking space in the neighborhoods. The clinic 's proximity to the metro also save me a lot of time in transportation. In short, Centre de Soin du Sein de Montreal is excellent and highly recommended.

It has now been about ten years that I consider myself very privileged to count Dr. Brabant as my doctor. I discovered a very calm, compassionate and competent doctor. I like to think that his calmness is in part due to his receptionists. They are always very polite, efficient and working with a helicopter overview. They keep things running smoothly, despite the phone ringing off the hook and with patients standing right there in front of them. If the thought of complaining because you are past your appointed time, let me enlighten you a tad: Ten years ago, Dr. Brabant took time for my case. His dedication, professionalism and human approach with a nerve shattered patient meant everyone else after me was delayed. So now, should I happen to wait for my appointment, I understand that a patient is in there at a time of need and I count my lucky stars for the stranger in there ahead of me and for myself for having Dr. Brabant and his team on our side.

Doctor Gordon Brabant is a terrific doctor! He was kind , compassionate, and set my mind at ease with his knowledge. He took the time to explain things to me and explain every step. His office was tidy, his receptionist staff were pleasant and they cleaned between patients to prevent covid (he hasn't had a covid case associated with his clinic since the pandemic started). I completely recommend him!!

Today I had my 18 month follow-up with Dr. Brabant for a benign tumour I was diagnosed with about 4 years ago. As many of us are, I am always anxious for my follow-ups and I can say that going to a clinic during COVID was not helping! I feel so strongly about writing this review because Dr. Brabant and his team went to amazing lengths to ensure patient safety, comfort and ease during these exceptional circumstances. When they called to book my appointment, I was screened for symptoms and recent travel. When they confirmed my appointment yesterday, they once again confirmed that all was well. When I entered the clinic, the waiting room was re-arranged to ensure 2 m+ social distancing and a plexiglass barrier was installed at the reception desk. All of the staff members were wearing masks. There was hand sanitizer as you walk in. Dr. Brabant's ultrasound machine, the table patient's lie down on and the chair I was using (at his desk) were all disinfected in between patients. As usual, he took great care to walk me through what he was doing and update me on the status of my tumour. I definitely left in a wonderful mood with a huge smile on my face. His receptionists were so pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend this clinic!

I have known Doctor Brabant since 2008. I would like to thank you Dr. Brabant for the excellent care he provided all those years and of course for the future. Dr Brabant is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and very patient. He takes the time to explain the situation and other steps to follow. The receptionists and administrative staff are very helpful and respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Brabant and the clinic Centre de Soin du Sein de Montreal.

We went for a visit because my mom fell and had pain/a lump on her breast. Our family doctor recommended that my mom get an ultra sound and/or mammogram. My mom and I were worried to go given our current pandemic situation. However, Dr. Bradant and his staff were very cautious and considerate and made my mom and I fell safe in their surroundings.Dr. Brabant was very pleasant and very kind. He welcomed both of us into his office which was very clean. He informed us of his CoVid procedures and how he cleans after every patient. I was impressed and both our fears were gone.Thank you Dr. Brabant and your staff for taking care of all your patients!

His knowledge, experience and calm demeanor reassured me immediately. I have been going to the Montreal Breast Care Center for the last six years....and in one concise comment....EXCELLENT doctor and WONDERFUL staff!! Let's get into the details. Kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field of breast cancer, Dr. Brabant is a remarkable doctor and surgeon. Calm, competent, and caring, Dr. B always takes time to address all my questions and concerns at each annual checkup. He patiently listens and explains. He demonstrates true devotion and dedication to helping his patients, helping his patients get better. I am one of them. I am very very thankful for having Dr Brabant as my breast cancer specialist! His supporting staff ...Belinda, Nancy, and Ivey.... are efficient and professional, ..friendly, kind and helpful. When I first met Dr Brabant , I was told a core biopsy had to be taken from a breast lump. It was to be done in his office immediately. I was terrified. Thankfully Dr. B calmly reassured me, and Ivey offered to stay with me and hold my hand during this procedure... all that truly made a world of difference. Their warm greetings and smiles at reception always eases the anxiety and nervousness leading up to each checkup. At my most recent annual appointment ,during COVID time in mid October, I saw that all precautionary safety measures were taken by the entire staff at the center, and I felt absolutely safe and protected.
