I have been holding on to old VHS home movie tapes with footage from 1980-2000 and Scott meticulously and carefully converted them to digital for me! I had been apprehensive about converting these tapes because of their condition (ribbon falling out, getting chewed in VCRs etc) and have been so afraid of them being ruined forever. I am so beyond impressed with the results of Scott's work. He took tapes that were 'un-recoverable' and allowed me to re-live childhood memories with my children of family members who are no longer with us. Thank you so very much to Scott for handling our precious memories with care and for providing such a happy reunion of memories that may otherwise be lost!

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Scott. He went above and beyond in order to retrieve and restore an audio clip from a micro-cassette that included acquiring and fixing a player after the one I supplied ceased to work. All this in a ridiculously short period of time so I could present this birthday surprise.

I am so pleased to be able to preserve and share family memories with my extended family this Christmas. Covid-19 practices observed, too. I dropped off four 30-year-old VHS tapes to be converted to digital. I found these tapes when we were cleaning out my Mom's apartment after she passed away earlier this year. Scott mailed me the USB, and gave me choices about what format I wanted the tapes to be re-recorded and delivered. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Your precious memories will be in good hands.

Scott transferred VHS tapes to digital for us. These were easily over 30 years old and included many memories of our past travels and experiences. Without a VHS player, they weren't accessible to us. Scott gave these memories back to us. The tapes were also re-recordings, and Scott was able to clean them up as much as possible. It has been fun to look back on our younger" selves and friends! Scott was very professional, easy to work with and his media services are very reasonably priced.He transferred a VHS into a digital file! The VHS was so old he had to find a particular machine to even run it!He also successfully took multiple home video clips and grouped them together into one compressed file.I highly recommend his professional and knowledgeable skills.

Scott captured video from a VHS tape created in 1998. The quality passed my expectations!! I was on a time crunch, and he managed to have it complete in just under a week. I highly recommend Cygnals Media, Scott is very friendly and professional.
