Mel's classes are great for any fitness level. She provides a great 45-minute circuit with clear instruction, modifications to make each movement easier or more challenging, and awesome music to keep you going throughout the workout. Her style of training is very encouraging and supportive!

Mel was fantastic! Super positive and engaging she made every session enjoyable. Took the time to understand what I wanted to gain out of our sessions and continued to check in to ensure I was achieving my goals. I needed a program that I could continue to do traveling and when I had no equipment - Mel curated the perfect sessions that were flexible and challenging. I've been able to adapt programs she created for me and now confident going to the gym and continuing training myself. Would highly recommend!

Mel is an excellent trainer and her strength training classes are amazing! She's really positive and makes tough workouts fun. I love that she motivates us throughout the class, but also pays attention to what we're doing to avoid injury. This is the most consistent I've been with workout classes and I'm getting stronger each week. The great music is an added boost!

Before starting my sessions, I wasn't sure where to start in my fitness journey and had always found it overwhelming to do it on my own. However, in the last 4 weeks, I've been able to stay consistent to the workouts and become more comfortable being in the gym. Mel has been amazing in supporting me throughout my journey so far, as she gives the best advice and knowledge to any questions I may have; I've already learned so much in just a couple weeks. I had been thinking about working with a private trainer to help me get back into a fitness routine for a looooong time before I decided to commit. I am now on week 4 of my 1:1 training with Mel and I'm so glad I found her. Mel is not only very competent and knowledgeable in what she does, but she also makes every workout super fun and different. It feels like working out with a friend! The sessions are always challenging, but the exercises are simple and effective. I also love the weekly check-in email; it sets intentions for the week, keeps you accountable, and is a great way to connect and share wins or challenges of the past week. I am starting to feel stronger and notice my energy levels increasing as we go along! I always look forward to our sessions. I recommend Mel to anyone interested in working with a private trainer!
