The girl in the picture named Taran without the visor who wears an incomplete uniform served me today. First of all, she told me to clean my mess whilst her store was dirty because of her clumsiness. Also, whenever I see her in this store, she is very unfriendly and she doesn't smile or doesn't greet customers with a welcoming face. Please find other workers who are more friendly and polite than her.

Terrible customer experience. If Tim Hortons has any concerns about their customers, employees like HARMAN need to be dismissed. Before keeping them on the front desk, Tims should teach such workers the proper way to handle customers.

Usually food and service is good. But the area around the restaurant does not feel safe, many homeless in the parking lot hanging out or yelling at each other. I'm not sure what can be done but something needs to be. I regularly skip visiting here even though I walk by it every day simply because it feels unsafe to visit at the time.

The customer service provided by one Indian guy made with a turban showed a racism attitude when I visited the shop. They didn't listen to us. It was such a horrible experience for customers. Tim Hortons please check on the issue immediately.

Thr store is good, but few employees find it very hard to understand the orders and it is pretty much slow phased during the later part of the day.

Went to this place today and found a bee flying on the donuts and the snacks in the food display box and when I questioned regarding that to one of the lady who is serving me in return she blamed the customers for opening the main entrance door and she said she can't do anything about it in a very mean way. What if someone gets sick by eating that contaminated food coz we don't know where that fly came from? and what this might lead to? I sincerely request the store manager to take care of such things.
