Bad customer service. Bad attitude. Treat people very bad. Came out from shop without haircut. Was really disappointed by customer service.Token doesn’t matter anything in my case. I have seen operator sitting doing nothing and just wasting customers time. That’s called bad attitude and it’s normal when you are busy and you think you can do whatever you want.

Mixed emotions about this place; both good things and bad things to sayPrice was very good, staff were friendly, and they didn't take too long. However, the haircutter failed to follow my instructions as to how to cut my hair, even though I repeated them at least three times. They ended up doing a decent job, but it would've been nicer to have my actual preferred cut.

Got balayage done from jiya. She made the time out of her busy schedule to come and do my hair. I absolutely love it!
