Would like to say one BIG thank you to the owners of Repel Juji & Sam. From the day of meeting them right to the completion they were available helpful & communicative. All issues that arose during the process were rectified in a timely professional manner. Their technician Alex was truly amazing in his technical knowhow and service. In construction of a new home I felt they took care as if their own. I have recommended and will surely continue to recommend Repel. Great team including Juji's and Sam's son Alvin. We recently built a house and had a good experience with Repel. The owner came into our home and did a walk thru with us on the products we picked and went over product locations with us. Nick did all the rough in and was great to deal with and would call when he was unsure about something. Alex comes in and does the finishing and was very capable at the job. Would highly recommend.

Sam was unprofessional and camera system broke down within few months after installation. After multiple calls Sam hasn't send the technician for repair.They are using cheap Chinese cameras. I won't recommend this business to anyone

Repel updated my entertainment system in November. Their prices were competitive but their services were great. They provided feedback on what was best and even suggested not replacing some of components to save us some costs. When a slight programming issue arose after installation, they responded quickly and fixed it! Highly recommend this family run company for your needs.

We recently built a new house and used Repel for our home automation. They were able to hit our budget needs and still deliver on most of the technology that we wanted for our home build. Juji is a very attentive business owner and Nick/Alex are skilled technicians. I recommend their services if you are in the market for an affordable automation solution. Additionally, I find their home monitoring excellent thus far.

BEST PRICE IN TOWN with the same HIGH QUALITY products and service as other popular brands. Alvin, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and accommodating. He came on-site several times - something few companies do. They work VERY hard for you. One time, the painter ruined the HDMI cable, so Repel brought a new one - except it was defective, so they stayed a couple hours until Alvin's brother brought a replacement and retested everything before they left. It was so easy to just leave a new cable without doing anything, but these guys do everything with diligence.We got their home monitoring install + service, security camera package, low voltage (TV/telephone/internet) install, home theatre package, central vacuum, water bug, you name it. Repel offers competitor top tier monitoring service package for a price cheaper than the competitor's basic price!We've used their products for 3 months now, and the only issue I had was with the security cameras. The manufacturer is from China and partially state-owned so I'm a bit paranoid about installing their app on my phone. And we've had a couple of connectivity issues on the monitor. HOWEVER, it does the job so I can't complain.If you are deciding between Repel and another company, always, always, always choose Repel. Save yourself some trouble, time, and money.

My not-tech-savy boomer parents wanted to put a projector/movie room in their brand new house. Repel was extremely patient with them and walked them through the different options and price points, creating multiple quotes along the way. The repel team communicated very well with our contractors even though they were extremely hard to deal with. We worked mostly with Alvin and Erik who were very friendly and knowledgable. They ended up also suggesting and installing a beautiful smart TV and sound bar in the living room and also installing our door bell system. The best part is they were able to connect all our devices to a single remote making everything extremely easy to use. My parents love their TVs and were extremely satisfied with Repel's services! Contacted owner for upgrade of alarm system. Alex the technician arrived promptly and troubleshooted existing system and basically repaired existing after determining main board in great shape. Adjusted siren. Saved us hundreds.Thanks

I used Repel for my house and I was amazed at the professional and quality of work done by Sam and his crew. They were on time organized and did not leave any mess behind for me to clean up. They take there time and put some thought behind the work they are doing. The wire maybe covered by drywall after but they take there time to tie them up and organize them. They don’t leave a maze of wire they hide them making it hard for a nail to accidentally hit anything.Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Great crew with amazing knowledge.

Repel Technologies helped me with my new home build and provided all my audio/video, home automation, and sound acoustic treatments for my home theatre. Very knowledgeable staff! Staff was a pleasure to work with and was able to provide us with the experience we were looking for and on a reasonable budget.
