I brought my laptop in and Derek was extremely efficient at diagnosing it and he was very considerate and patient while he explained my options. I had spilled fluid on my keyboard and the keys that were stuck were repeating endlessly when they heated. Derek resolved the issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The pricing was very fair and I will not hesitate to return for repairs or advice. I highly recommend Derek and this business. 5 stars.

Brought my laptop in when it wouldn't turn on. Both people I spoke to were very nice, the problem was diagnosed quickly. Can't recommend this store enough if you have a problem.

We are very happy with the efficient & friendly service we received from Kingsway Computers. Our laptop had been running slow and then crashed earlier this month. Derek diagnosed the problem and resolved it within the same day at an affordable price. We found Derek to be very knowledgeable & trustworthy and appreciate that he took the time to clearly outline the options available to us. He replaced our hard drive and was able to save & transfer all our data. Our revitalized laptop works great now without any issues. This is the second time we have used Kingsway Computers. The last time was for our desktop computer. Derek’s personalized, honest and professional service is the reason why we chose to return to Kingsway Computers. In the past we took our computer to the tech support department of a big box store but found the service to be slow, less effective, impersonal & more expensive compared to Kingsway Computers. We will continue to use Kingsway Computers in the future and highly recommend supporting this independent business.

Derek at Kingsway Computers is honest and professional. He fixed my broken laptop hinge in 1 day - so nice to get my computer back the same day I dropped it off. His pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended A+++++

Derek is very professional, I had a stripped screw, he managed to solve it without any scratches or issues to my laptop, also helped install new upgrades to my laptop. He also promised me to finish in an hour and he was true to his word. I totally recommend him for any problem you have with your laptop.

I cant recommend this place enough. My pc was having intense drive issues - I found this place on a desperate google search and noticed the high rating, so I decided to take a chance on it. I am very glad I went with them! Derek was amazing to work with and very communicative. He took time out of his day to text me with updates, and call about questions I had. He generously helped me out even though the weekend was a holiday. His prices are VERY fair and his service and turnaround time was amazing. Wow I'm just completely amazed with my experience taking my computer to Derek at Kingsway Computers. Don't let the modest location deter you at all. My computer wouldn't boot and Derek fixed it super fast - within just a couple of hours of dropping it off, and the status communications were great too.Thank you Derek!

My experience with Derek and his colleague at Kingsway Computers was great. After dropping off my PC early afternoon, Derek was able to diagnose the issue and replace the defective component before close. He was a great communicator and a very friendly guy. I definitely recommend paying him a visit if you have PC issues and want friendly and fair service!

Derek was easy to reach, knowledgeable and friendly the whole time.I had a complicated laptop repair that required soldering a broken part back. I think I emailed them or sent a Google quote thing. They texted me back first but my notifications were off so they called me. Derek let me know that the repair was very complicated and explained why in a very friendly manner. He recommended a specialty stop and was helpful in trying to find it even though we still couldn't find it in the end (maybe it closed down?). I think his readiness and willingness to help was really good. I called like 15 shops and this was the only one that stood out in terms of service.While it was (understandably) beyond their scope this time they had really good service and I would give them a try in the future.

If I could give 15 stars I would, but 5 would have to do.I basically sprinted up the screw that was holding down my laptop SSD card pretty bad (because I used a screwdriver that was way too large) and I needed somebody to safely remove it. I thought that I would need to have somebody drill into the screw, which would be pretty risky for the mother board. I called several other places who gave me a flat price of $70-90 just to remove the screw.Derek basically restored my faith in humanity. Mind you he did not need to see me right away. I called him today on Family Day, so he could have easily and fairly told me to come back tomorrow (which I would happily do). But instead, he returned to his shop at 4PM after an errand elsewhere. AND for a price that is way less than HALF of what the other stores gave to me. He is an honest, fair and patient man.I will most definitely come back to him with any computer-related queries/problems in the future. What an absolutely amazing, thoughtful and thorough service I had!
