I want to give Zero star but I could not. I went to the store with my friends. There was guy named Marcus(store associate on duty on 29march Wednesday night shift around 9). We were having trouble returning an item due to which we were unintentionally inside the store after 9 pm. Quoting his exact words, he said “out of the store” several times even though we had to proceed. Very poor customer service. If he doesn’t want to treat customers right, why is he even working in a customer service department. Rated zero out of hundred.

One of the best experiences I have had at a Sport Chek right upto getting to the cash. Floor staff were very friendly and helpful. All around checkout area the store has save 10% signage and I was rather disgusted to discover that they are only offering this to new signups of their points program (I guess I could have just signed up under a fake name? is that what you want?) and not to loyal customer who already have their credit card, give your heads a shake!In response to your response I am reducing my 3 star to a 2 star as clearly the front end staff are horribly trained as based on what you are telling me is I should have been able to receive said 10% discount since it has nothing to do with your points program as the staff incorrectly stated. I will be contacting your customer service to receive this discount back retroactively.

Recently visited this store to buy a bike, had a great experience, Anthony was exceptional-went out of his way to help me out with multiple things. Good job guys, keep it up!

Pretty good place, the employees are nice and welcomed me when I came in and it's surprisingly clean.

I called to put something on hold from another location, when this location answered the associate proceeded to tell me that they do not do holds anymore as per their new store policy

Extremely disappointed , picked out something from clearance rack, went to pay , employee at checkout said this is not for clearance, and confirmed with their clearance manager and manager informed me that I am just suppose to somehow understand that clearance event only applies to certain marked products, as labeled on other rack except for the one on the rack I picked out the item from. Later she even informed me that likely the customers have moved all the wrong items under clearance and showed me the original spot which contained only one item. She then said that look this is the original spot of the item , and said she has picked it from the right rack and I have been mistaken. A simple apology and saying it was an accident would have sufficed rather than argue and making it seem like I made a mistake. Would have hoped for a better service to be honest.UPDATE**Taylor reached out to me 5 days ago suggesting he will follow up with store, and no update or clarification has been provided since then.

Ok so we all know quality is important so I picked up an item a month before for workout and by the end of the 4 weeks the item wasn’t wearable anymore and so I went to exchange it for a better quality and I had no receipt but I did purchase it on my credit card. Let me say my customer service person was Tristan he was extremely helpful and did ever could to make it right and so that I was happy. Honestly it makes a huge difference when you have service like that. The store should be proud to have people who work so well to make clients happy. Thank you Tristan.

I came here for a online order pick up. It was ready within an hour of placing my order. I went there prior to closing and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Each person I dealt with provided great customer service. They also reminded me to check my package before leaving to ensure it was correct something most places wouldn't do. The store is always well kept and clean.
