My first experience at this shop was amazing. I was about to go ride my bike in the Gatineau park and had a terrible and weird damaged valve on my tubeless enve wheel. The guy behind the counter came and tried really hard to save any parts necessary to complete the repair (saving the customer repair money!??!!) but ended up having to change the part anyway. Very good customer service and a very personable approach. 1 on 1 service like that is almost non-existant nowadays and made my first time at the Shop a very good one. Thanks guys and please keep up the great work!Pat

Brought my fork in for service in February. No prior issues. Requested a full rebuild. After service the fork lasted 9 rides before the air spring retaining ring blew. Returned to have warranty service. Lasted 4 rides before same issue. Returned again. No communication from La Shop for 2 weeks. I initiated contact and was told the issue was a damaged air spring shaft and the part was ordered. Another two weeks pass with no communication. Again I initiate contact to be told the part just arrived today and bike would be ready EOD. Now riding hoping for the best but won't be surprised if the fork fails. 0 confidence in this shop.

Basically don't go here!Basically don't go there unless your buying a bike, the service, at least the service I've been getting, has been horrible. They don't really have anything in their store other than bikes. Will not be going there again.They do have good bikes though, so if your looking for a good bike with bad service this is a good store for you!

Waited in line for 20 minutes due to COVID19 but as soon as it was my turn, the service was quick. The agent and mechanic did a great job. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and provided me with multiple choices to fix the bike, their recommendations included.

Waited outside for 15 minutes, people in line in front of me left because of the wait. Refused to work on my bicycle because it’s electric, it’s a company policy. I just needed the read break and shifter adjusted. Suggested I go to Aylmer.

Super cool shop!I needed some help with the disc brakes and asked if I could drop it off for a week or less, he offered to go check out my bike and see if he could fix something possibly easy and he did, he showed me how to install the front tire correctly without rubbing the disc on the brake pads, solid dude friendly and efficient, coming here from now on

Awesome place to shop!Bought my first road bike here in early 2016 and it was a great experience. Joel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped me purchase a bike to suit my needs. The bike - 2015 BMC Teammachine SLR03S came with a lifetime service from the shop and I have returned numerous times for general maintenance and installation of parts and the staff was A+ every time. Overall this is an amazing bike shop and I would highly recommend checking it out if you're in the market for a new bike!
