Had a suit jacket altered. Janet was friendly and meticulous in listening to my requests and making the adjustments. Suit jacket was ready on schedule and turned my off the rack sale find into something that looks like a designer item. She is a pro! Thank you so much! Will be back :)

Janet is very skilled at her craft and gets everything done at the time she tells you. I'm a custom suit designer and all my clients' suits get altered at Sun Tailoring for a reason!

Best Tailor in downtown Vancouver. The prices are excellent and they are masters of their craft. I also believe they make clothing two your wishes so they are also cutter fitters as well as Tailors.

Fast service - they saved my jeans under an hour! I may come back for another pair. Price is fair.

Super quick service! I got two pants hemmed for $20. Dropped it off on Saturday and got an email Tuesday morning saying they were ready. The stitching matched the original and it fit perfectly.

Very inconsistent on price. My invoice/pickup slip says $90, but they sent me another one for $130. With back and forth argument, I paid what we originally agreed on. Will never come again. Worst customer service ever!

$21 paid in advance to fix a tiny hole is unreasonable, the garment wasn't ready on time, and they were unable to match the black fabric with their own thread. I will not be returning.

Interesting how they charge prices. Over the phone I was quoted $5 per item and when I arrived to confirm. I was assessed up and down (worthy of being assessed at a higher cost)..she then upped it to $15 for each item. I was disgusted and will never use them to clean or press clothing. Patron be wary.

Something is going on with pricing and I don't like it at all.

This was a very poor experience. I had brought in my pants to be hemmed on a Thursday asking if a pick up on Tuesday would work. Confirmed it was within their timeline and I received an email the following Monday the pants were ready. I come to pick up my pants on Tuesday to the news that my pants were in fact not worked on. I was asked to wait 20 minutes to which I replied no, I have to leave now to catch a flight. I asked for a refund and to have my pants back so I could leave. Instead of doing what I requested, the seamstress proceeded to cut my pants as I said no. At that point, I had no choice but to wait and watch her do a rush job hem of my pants I had brought in last week. Not only did she not try to make this right by simply listening to me, she cut my pants after asked her not to. This was very stressful and unpleasant, I will not be returning and would warn others to double confirm everything before paying.
