Solatune made it easy to book online. It sent reminders, and offer different payment options. Overall, the user experience and communication was excellent. Mehran showed up on time, was very efficient, and offered great advice. He was very professional and pleasant to interact with. Our piano was off-tune at time of purchase (second hand) and it now sounds amazing!
