I started going here for a little bit because I wanted to try out a new place but some of the staff are sooooo unprofessional. Recently I had booked an appointment for a new set and a pedicure and one of the staff members msged me saying she couldn’t do my pedicure because she has no experience and can’t afford it funny fact she has been doing my pedicure for a year ….IM PAYING YOU ITS NOT LIKE YOUR WORKING FOR FREE .. they think they can treat you in a disrespectful manner which is not okay I have NEVER spent less than $140 each time I went in which doesn’t include the tips that I give to them … I don’t understand what the issue was but I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AGAIN SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I really want to give more stars.. cause I know there's lots of talent judging from the photos. My experience here was lovely until the day after when my acrylic started to lift,I ended up just taking them off because I didn't have the time to go back there to fix them.. very unfortunate because my nails were so pretty and exactly what I wanted.

Service and staff was nice and friendly did my nails well. It was my first visit to a nail salon but my massage chair wasn't working as well as one of my nail paint went bad. Reviews are just based on service provided. They should have offer some sort of discount for massage chair not working

Came here for acrylics and pedicure. They was very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean has great views and free parking! Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking to get your nails done.They also do wax here as well 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

I love coming to Ryna’s Nails especially this location. I always go with Peter and he never fails to do an amazing job. He is so patient and talented! He is clean with his work and he is the reason I choose Ryna’s Nails! Everyone at this location is great and I definitely recommend this location!!!

Awful experience. Only came here because my regular salon was closed for the day, and I needed to take my acrylic nails off. The young girl I had proceeded to try and POP OFF my acrylic nails, which was very painful and absolutely the wrong way to do so. I told her to stop and asked her to drill them off instead and soak in alcohol and she was upset about that. She rushed and drilled so hard and fast. My nails came out destroyed and ruined. Will never go back. Was appalled. I never write reviews.

My friend and I visited the Vaughan 2 location and were very happy with our service. Nail techs Kim and Louis were outstanding and super kind! Loved every minute of our visit and cannot wait to return!!! <3

My go-to nail salon. John’s been doing my nails for years now, along with Lucy that does my pedicures. Everyone at the salon is incredibly skilled and passionate about their work. The customer service is amazing and the staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make sure that they meet your expectations!

Very bad manicure and shellac services. They only redo the 2 nails that peeled off while the rest were not done properly. Spoke in their language amongst themselves and ignored my concerns. Very bad customer service. Will not go back to this place. It's just like a butcher shop.

I visited on Saturday at 11am to get a pedicure and manicure. Lily was my nail tech she did a very bad job I was finished my pedicure and manicure before people that came in before me she rushed everything and it was not busy nor was someone waiting on her. The nail polish was forming bubble on my toes instead of redoing the whole thing she wiped the polish and painted over it by the time I got home and showered I realized it pealed off. Very sloppy job polish was around my toes. An my manicure was just as bad today is monday and they already looked grown out. They have some good nail techs but this was by far the worst job someone has ever done on my nails waste of money. I wrote a review because there was no one manager to complain to. Not happy at all
