First called a competitor and their response was we are very busy if you don't hear back from us in a few weeks call us back". NO THANK YOU. Contacted All Glass Showers through their web site and received a response the same day and a follow up the next day for an on-site estimate. They were on-site a few days later. Was then told the custom glass would be ready the following week
